I had a chance to come at Grimsby Train Station again
I am sitting on shiny steel bench
Platforms are quiet
only few people here
1st Train to  " Cleethorpes " is due at
3.38 pm it is 3 pm
now I see some traffic

I enjoy the quietness of this place
who can imagine in such a busy life of Today
we can find a cozy small place
to enjoy
It is like I opened the gate to enter
the past decade which is fading out
like an extinct and endangered species
vanishing so quickly

only couple of pigeons and few people
not at all crowded
to be here is like Meditation
believe me I love this place
I am happy to sneak from the busy
Life of today for relaxation

I have to go now My Daughter is waiting
for me beside  " Next " Departmental Store
near the parking pay station machine
in the  " Freshney Place Mall "
I am walking towards Mall
passing through the Path
It is Sunday so Big " Halifax " bank is closed
The  " Chambers Pub " used to be
very crowded usually lots of people
sitting outside with their glasses
today only couple of them not many

Steel benches all around the Path
are also nearly vacant
The indoor Big Market Place is closed
may be because of Sunday

inside the Mall all the benches are wooden
I am sitting on a wooden bench
beside the " Next " store near
the parking Pay Machine

Enjoying " Millies Cookies "
raisin cookie cost me 1.29 pound 
This is also very old Shop like
" Thornton Chocolate " Shop 

 I came here again I did it

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer. Computer is sort of Blessing for me. I don't know how my Mom used to pass her time without phone and computer. How come she

  June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
