My Dear Retiree Friends I never try to control my diet I go with the flow of my Mind and my Body The only thing I do on purpose to get out and keep myself busy to stay away from Negative thoughts I will definitely write one Blog for Your Group My Friends Today I found a new venue in the library to have my quality time It is a big quiet room like a conference room I used to go there for my Book Club Meetings I came to know  that we can use it whenever we want as there is nothing going on there If we keep  our eyes open we always find something wonderful to experience and enjoy I  am sitting by the area which is facing Highway # 2 that is Kingston road it is 12.40 pm  so not so busy In the front I can see the big single story building on the other side of the road Here I used to come while I was volunteering Election Canada in the last election on my left I can see Dodge cars  Show Room ...

It was Friday from 10 am to 3 pm I was in the Age -- Friendly Durham Community Forum at Deer Creek Golf and Banquet Facility It was great  ponds all around the Lush green grass and the colorful Flowers such a beauty Banquet Hall with beautiful chandeliers big glass windows giving an open concept  Tea and Coffee with freshly baked Croissant and Danish giving an Aroma to the atmosphere Great speakers and short workshops not too long to get you bored Lunch was served at the table with Soup Fish and Chicken options Desserts in big glass Platter along  with fruit salad  What else you want to make your Day Your Comments will be like Cherry on Top

It is Saturday My Seniors Club is off on weekends so I have to find other activities to get busy and get going My Grandson has to start his Ice Hockey Season I picked up my Baggy black  Jeans and just any shirt now I am ready to go with him It is 10 am I am sitting in Don Beer Hockey Arena my grandson will be playing in Rink # 2 and I will be walking between Rinks to enjoy and to get going Weather is 19 and cloudy  now started to drizzle  walking indoor is only  option Last night I was at our family friend son's Graduation Dinner Party always nice to see people to talk and to share after all we are Social Animal

Pickering Canada November 2015 I go to my Seniors Club enjoy playing Darts and Carpet Bowling I don't drive so my friend used to pick me up it is only 5 minutes drive but no direct bus service to the library I mean to the Club In November my friend had to undergo her heart surgery so my home transport service  was about to be discontinued It looked to me that I was stuck not easy to ask favor from people staying home was the only option left for me I decided to use P ublic transport Library opens at 9.30 am I start my journey 9.10 am take Bus # 120 then transfer to Bus # 900 to reach my favorite destination I sit in the Library for a while Read books, Magazines and try to write something My Club starts at 10 am I am so relaxed and happy that I sorted out things for myself Sometimes it looks that we are stuck and no way out but we have to keep in mind there is always light at the end of Tunnel and also that we are not alone ...
