  Friday -- Beautiful sunny hot morning 23 C, will be 33 later in the evening. These are couple of  hot days for we Canadians. To enjoy our short summer period, to get out, to go to lakes. August is running out, September is just around the corner. We have to make use of our time in hand. We are aware of that. We are doing whatever we can. Hitting the roads and visiting the lakeside like rituals.   It is 9.15, I am done with my five minutes exercises. My computer is on for me, to browse the favorite sites. My Blog site is the first one, to check the number of hits. These hits are very important, denote each of my Reader. Comments on my Blog are like cherry on top, like direct lines, to connect with my Readers Family. Next is my Facebook site, to get aware of, that how many of my friends and family member are eager to connect.Their messages matter a lot to me.   Thursday -- Bright beautiful sunny morning 24 C, will be 34 later in the afternoon. Another hot day. It is 7.45, I am out of bed. First thing I do is, to switch on my computer. Browse to have a quick look to check what is going on there for me to deal after. I mean, how many messages are there, what is the weather, what are the News Headlines. I don't go through everything, just browse to get an outline of the things around.  Next thing is my five minutes stretch exercises on my bed room carpet. This is to unwind my body, to wake it up, to move on and to cooperate with my day onward. Your body listens but you have to take the first step. We have to move forward to show that we care.  I think if we take the first step to go ahead to show our goodwill gesture, things always go smooth. No issues.   Wednesday -- Beautiful bright sunny morning 20 C, will be 34 later in the afternoon. It is 9.15, I am done with my breakfast enjoying my morning tea,  sitting in my room.  My computer is beside me.  My window curtains are drawn down. I do it to make my room cozy.  We have to go to do things for making the atmosphere  beautiful  around ourselves. This helps us to stay on the positive track and away from thinking negative. Negative thoughts act like poison, killers for our mind, ultimately harm our body. Life is the same for everyone. Everyone gets the same 24 hours pocket money to spend for the day. It depends on us, how we make use of our chequing account. Positive thoughts motivate ourselves to take steps  to initiate new projects.   Saturday -- Beautiful sunny morning 20 C, will be 30 later. It is 9.30, I am done with my breakfast enjoying my morning tea, sitting in my room. My computer is on. Curtains of my windows are drawn down, still left a slit opened to connect and be part of the world outside. My front garden looking great, it is beautiful view to behold, to cherish. I am browsing Facebook messages. Got message from my youngest daughter, it was burning hot in England. 36 C at her place, Reading. She was busy with gardening. She loves gardening, her favorite hobby. When you re into it, you enjoy, you don't care about weather or anything else. My other daughter, the middle one called. It was 30 C at Grimsby. She was all set, packed to leave  early morning,  with her family for Glasgow. She is sending pictures from there to share with me. They have taken for about an hour of stop over at Scotch Corner. It is Thursday bright sunny windy morning with 10 C. I don't work on  Thursdays. Today my club having lunch at Manderine, Chinese Restaurant. We do it every year on the third Thursday of any month. It was all set, one  of  my friend had to pick me up.  Another of my friend also called but I didn't go. Sometimes we have to listen to our hearts. If your heart is not into it, you wont enjoy. It is better to skip. So today is like my any other Thursdays. Have to make calls and to go for my walk. Last month, I booked my flight to England. I am leaving on 15th of June,  will  be gone for couple of weeks, be back by the end of August. Every year,  I think like  this is my last trip, no more now. Travel is not easy for we  seniors.  I make list for the things, I have to take with me. I take Calcium and  Vitamin D,  for  my long time osteoporosis. Kitchen is one of the favorite spots in my house, besides my bed room and TV lounge.  My Bed  room is not only a place to sleep for me. It is like a  working place, just like  my office. It is Thursday cold morning with 3 C. It was raining and windy yesterday  so it is much better now. I don't work on Thursdays. I have to make some  calls  and this is also a day for my walk to Tim Horton. This is May the 2nd, my Birthday today. I am going to be one year older. I am already old enough. One more year down the drain but who cares. What is there, is there, no choice, take it or leave it.  I don't know how long  I be able  to go  for my walks.  I think we have to  celebrate the moments in hand. Who knows, what will be  the next. Future,  we don't know.  I called one of my childhood friend, she lives in London,  England.  I also  got  message from my 5th Grade friend, she  is in Sydney. Relationships are like  treasures. It is Tuesday cloudy morning, rain will start any time after 11 am. I don't work on Tuesdays. I have to plan my day to get busy. It is 9.30 I am done with my breakfast and with my Facebook messages. Played  couple of Scrabble and card games  on my computer. I have to make some calls but it is too early. We have to call, keeping the comfort zone of the person on the other end of the line. It is Saturday bright beautiful sunny morning with 4 C, not below zero anymore. After having my breakfast, oatmeal porridge, stir fry egg with  half a cup of tea, I am now sitting in my TV lounge.  I open my computer,  first thing in the morning to go through the messages  of my friends and  family on my Face book. TV lounge is one of my favorite spots in my house, beside my bedroom  and my kitchen. I don't go to bed till 12 midnight but as I mentioned in  one  of my Blogs, my bedroom is like an apartment to me with all the  facilities  to enjoy and to get busy. It is like a Recreation Centre  to me,  opened for 24 hours with no entry pass, no entry fee. My kitchen is the place for me to enjoy, to meditate. It is Monday cold bright beautiful sunny morning. It is 10 C below  zero. I know it is nearly April but this is Canada my Dear. We can  handle, just bring it on, snow is now gone for sure. It is Thursday bright beautiful sunny morning. It is 3 C not below zero. What a surprise for we Canadians. Couple of days back, it was 26 C below zero.Birds are back from South of the Border.  Black Squirrel is back for his workouts on the wooden fence of my back garden. It is time to start celebrations. Spring is just around the corner.  Magnolia tree will be the first one to spread happiness, giving color to my front garden. I cant wait anymore. The pear tree, which is giving a look of skeleton will be back to life with full bloom. Spring is time of revival of life, time of celebrations. Autumn is time to collect treasures. It is already March but snow not going anywhere. Last week was big wind  storm  with 120 km gusts, just two days after, was snow storm with  20 cm of   snow and  60 km gusts. Today it is 2 cm so far, not much  Just a  piece of cake  for us in  Toronto. In New Brunswick, it is 40 cm of snow.  New Brunswick is  a province of Canada. It is Monday morning bright sunny still cold and windy with gust 70 km. It is 16 C below zero right now. Last night was a big wind storm with rain  snow  and gusts 120 km. We were all set with our flash lights and candles but everything was fine. We survived. It is over now, still cold, windy and snow everywhere. It is Sunday morning, bright sunny, but my Dear, wind storm is on it's way  with gusts 120 km, will be with rain and snow too. there is wind warning  and we are asked  to keep our candles ready. It is Sunday morning, weather not so bad. It is 15 C below zero. We are done with the snow storm of the decades, last week. It was too much even  for we Canadians. It is Monday, cold morning with 13 C below zero, snow everywhere. It is 9.15, I am sitting in the Billiard room, writing my Blog. Library  will open at 9.30. I will go there to browse magazines of my choice. I am working part time today, playing Darts only, no Carpet Bowling on Mondays, go home after 12.15. Last night, I was awake, happens some times, like an  old age syndrome.  It was 3.45 am, nearly morning. Sun was  just  couple of hours away to  brighten my place. Sometimes you go back to sleep right away, but it could be  anything, always  unpredictable. Old age is full of surprises. At this stage, we  are done with  all the experiments in our lives, t asted  all the fruits, bitter and sweet. Now time to recollect our memories,  to enjoy and relax. It is Sunday 11.30 in the morning, I am sitting in Tim Horton. Enjoying my half and half coffee with two cream, one sugar and one carrot walnut muffin. I believe, we have to give color to our moments in hand. Take it like time  to do some celebrations. We have to give a warmhearted welcome, to our  own self too, I believe. Life is the same for everyone, with all ups and downs. It is all up to us, how we take it. I try to cherish every moment. It will never  back to you again. Every moment, we spend, is like an episode of our own story of life.  When it is slipping away out of our life, we have to have a feel for that. Not a feel of regret, neither a feel of sorrow or sadness. Please don't do that way. Even the moments were hard, give credit to yourselves. Make sure to remind that you faced those moments with all the courage, grace and dignity. Don't forget to thank God. He made it possible for you to handle everything.  If...
