It was Friday from 10 am to 3 pm I was in the Age -- Friendly Durham Community Forum at Deer Creek Golf and Banquet Facility It was great  ponds all around the Lush green grass and the colorful Flowers such a beauty Banquet Hall with beautiful chandeliers big glass windows giving an open concept  Tea and Coffee with freshly baked Croissant and Danish giving an Aroma to the atmosphere Great speakers and short workshops not too long to get you bored Lunch was served at the table with Soup Fish and Chicken options Desserts in big glass Platter along  with fruit salad  What else you want to make your Day Your Comments will be like Cherry on Top

It is Sunday my weekends  are in Hockey Arena during Fall and winter time it is 14 and sunny so I am walking outside in Woods Trees and Bushes look very relaxed wild yellow and violet flowers in full bloom with broad smile Yellow and white butterflies  hopping from flower to  flower  leaves and branches enjoying giving a Nod  This all making a very low tone of melodious musical Note I am enjoying everything giving me a sense of Tranquility My favorite author James Herriot said about  grassy land as the most wonderful natural mattress in the world Lying down on grass you can feel the fragrance around you Try that you feel good

It is 10 in the morning 13 and cloudy still not chilly I am at Don Beer Hockey Arena with My Son and all 3 Grand kids My elder one is in Grade 12 Today he will be the Head Coach the next one who is in Grade 10 will be Assisting and the 3rd one is playing When there are all 3 Teenagers together in House League you have to keep an eye anything could happen My Son will be having a watch I am watching them coaching  first time in their Life and also walking around between the Rinks in the Arena also writing my Blog Now I am walking outside in the Woods for a while it is cold as wind started blowing but not too hard I love the wild a different Aroma here you not only watching so close to Nature like touching and can have a Real Feel for Everything I can see all variety of Wild vegetation the untouched beauty very Raw it is such a contrast form the atmosphere inside the Arena So quiet and still just the sigh of bushes w...
