Ottawa 1996 That was the time when I had my bad days I had my hip surgery it was tough time for me as I was not mobile for a while no walk time , which is always so precious to me I was alone and stuck in my apartment at 8th floor with no backyard I was alone and by myself I got attracted to " Mind Body " books at that time I had very little knowledge of computers I started making notes form those books summarizing the notes into points  on my computer I was enjoying that difficult and tough time of mine I got addicted to those books after 20 years  it resulted into my Blog writings which I enjoy so much to pass my time always be positive and you can never go wrong we have our good days but we have our bad days too keep in mind " This Too Shall Pass " you will never loose track Trust God he is always there for everyone and so for us in our good and bad times be with yourself nobody has time and inte...

My Trip to England is coming closer so many things are in the back of my mind what to pack, which medicines I have to take small gifts and how much weight I am allowed I am feeling pressure of all the small things when you feel pressure it is easy to get your sleep disturbed Our body is so connected with our mind anything out of rhythm makes a big difference But we are human not Robot so have to tackle our stress , pressure emotions or whatever is there we have to face our changing circumstances In the mornings I take my 5 minutes  stretch and body revival time I am doing my walk as my physical exercise and as my meditation time to enjoy the Nature the green of plants the birds every bit of it which God graciously made available to behold and enjoy I am talking to my mind to calm it down and saying No pressure please " This too Shall Pass " I believe it will

Aspen Towers Ottawa 1995 Ottawa has long winter with lots of snow With short summer and short day light In those days I was suffering from my long time Insomnia My Physician office was located inside Carlingwood Mall 15 minutes walk from my place I was in the waiting area for my turn on the wall of the Office was written tips for a healthy life I still remember some of those tips It was mentioned that more than 40 % of people in Canada are suffering from Insomnia due l ack of enough sun light, short summer and longer period of winter That topic was of my interest It was suggested that regulate your timings to go to your bedroom stop worrying about sleep give yourself a cut off time and stop all of your activities around you at that time switch off TV or whatever you are busy with go to your bedroom with a book of your interest to read for a while Close your bedroom door even if you are alone in your house to give a clear signa...
