  Saturday -- Beautiful sunny morning 20 C, will be 30 later. It is 9.30, I am done with my breakfast enjoying my morning tea, sitting in my room. My computer is on. Curtains of my windows are drawn down, still left a slit opened to connect and be part of the world outside. My front garden looking great, it is beautiful view to behold, to cherish. I am browsing Facebook messages. Got message from my youngest daughter, it was burning hot in England. 36 C at her place, Reading. She was busy with gardening. She loves gardening, her favorite hobby. When you re into it, you enjoy, you don't care about weather or anything else. My other daughter, the middle one called. It was 30 C at Grimsby. She was all set, packed to leave  early morning,  with her family for Glasgow. She is sending pictures from there to share with me. They have taken for about an hour of stop over at Scotch Corner. In the  morning I was waiting for Bus # 120 just two days back it was 28 and sunny I had to take shelter behind the electric pole from the scorching Sun In Canada sun rays come direct because of Ozone Hole and it is burning and uncomfortable in hot summer days It is 19 and cloudy today so I am taking the shelter behind that electric pole to escape the wind and cold weather How quickly things change same like our Life  Kids grow so fast finish their schooling and Nest is empty We have to value each and every Moment to drain it out to our utmost satisfaction What goes around comes around but I think not true for everything like our age which moves on We have to celebrate whatever time left and use it with our full capacity by using all the means we have in our power so let us Celebrate Our Today

It is Saturday My Seniors Club is off on weekends so I have to find other activities to get busy and get going My Grandson has to start his Ice Hockey Season I picked up my Baggy black  Jeans and just any shirt now I am ready to go with him It is 10 am I am sitting in Don Beer Hockey Arena my grandson will be playing in Rink # 2 and I will be walking between Rinks to enjoy and to get going Weather is 19 and cloudy  now started to drizzle  walking indoor is only  option Last night I was at our family friend son's Graduation Dinner Party always nice to see people to talk and to share after all we are Social Animal

It is 7 am I take couple of minutes to lie down on my bedroom carpet to feel the Earth  it gives so much relaxation enough to start my day While in England I missed my morning ritual as in my Box room not enough space but I had other bonus to balance that the smiling face of My Daughter and my Grand kids around In North America we have spacious bedrooms so I can  do that no problem It is cool morning I picked up my black pants and navy blue  cotton shirt which I got last year from Marks and Spencer in London It is Friday so will play Darts  and after that Carpet Bowling I will be back around 3 pm My Bus stop is just 2 minutes  away from my Place My son keeps in mind while changing houses that bus stop has to be at walking distance He knows I don't drive and can't stay home It is 9.20 in the morning temperature is 16 a bit cooler I can still see the Morning Dew glittering in the sunshine Birds are...

Tuesdays are off for my Senior's Club I mostly go for a walk to my favorite spot 20 minutes walk f rom my place to Tim Horton  sit there for a while to enjoy and write my Blog My son asked me if I can go to Bank  to draw some cash I am always ready to avail such opportunity you know they don't need us  they drive so they can do everything   on their own These are the Moments we can cash into our Happiness  it rarely happens when we can justify our utility I never miss such opportunities I walked 20 minutes to the Bank nearby is Pharma plus I got my shampoo and other stuff from there I made a brief stopover at Herbal Pathway to say Hello to John he doesn't know my name but he knows my face it is enough to exchange smile  In the same Plaza is Fresh Co  I got fresh Bagels cheese Buns  and fiesta cheese to make big Salad for my grand kids to make them Happy When they will come from school I wi...

I am back in Toronto from London it takes 15 hours Door to Door Every Monday I have my Senior's Club activities !0 am to 12 Noon Darts I am addicted to Playing Darts I start my Journey taking public transport at 9.25 it take two buses to reach my destination as there is no direct bus service I skipped this Monday to revive and to settle down did all my laundry and organized my cupboard did some cooking for my family to make my grandsons happy we become happy by giving Happiness My Tuesdays are off I mean no Club activity on Wednesday Darts as well as from 1 pm to 3 pm Carpet Bowling I go at 9.15 from my place come back at 3 afternoon This Thursday is  Pot Luck  at My Club Friday same till 3 pm I love my Club very much it is like office for me I never think to take time off I switch off my England Golden Memories buttons close file and put it safely in my Memory Box take out my Toronto File from my Mind Cabi...

At the last leg of my Trip I recollectied all the beautiful memories from every corner to take with me and enjoy after At the start of my journey I landed at Gatwick Airport then to My Daughter's Place Thornton Heath Road in London two days after to Grimsby to my other daughter's place Grimsby is a small fishing town 4 driving hours away from London very quiet when you compare with the glittering city of London I had such a wonderful time over there full of memories So many of my Blogs I have written about Grimsby Train station where I used to go so often to feel the quietness of that place It looked to me that clock has stopped for awhile can you imagine such a place in today's busy life Cleethorpe seaside where tides move meters away in couple of hours Mablethorpe Beach where sea was very still Louth 40 minutes away from Grimsby where you feel you gone back into  decades old town I have wonderful memories with m...

Yesterday I enjoyed my Lunch with my friend's company at her place after that I was on Bus #13 to go to Oxford Circus My friend advised me to get my sweater from Japanese store Uni QLO opposite to J ohn Lewis big store at Oxford Street I picked a black sweater from there cost me 29.99 pounds My Daughter f rom Grimsby keeps calling me to keep track and to feel connected she pushed me to buy shirt from my favorite store Marks and Spencer 's I got a bottle green collared shirt cost me 25 pounds sometimes we have to buy gifts to us to get Happiness this is an investment in your Mind and Body Domain

Today I am planning to have Lunch with my school friend at her place to say good bye till my next visit so I started my journey from Thornton Heath Road to Finchley Station Bus # 109 to Norbury Station from there train to Victoria Station after that Bus#82 this altogether will take 2 and a half hours We have to keep connections alive it doesn't matter how much effort we have to make every connection imparts Real   Happiness Since my childhood I have fascination for trains I started thinking I am lucky that I am retired every day have 24 hours  to spend on my own no time pressure from any side from work or family I think this is a very special gift  we have at the end of our Life tenure Sitting comfortably I am enjoying the greenery  from my train window  Surface trains in London are very good every four seats have a common small table attached like that in Airplane Stations are passing by I see the buz...
