  Monday -- Bright beautiful sunny morning 23 C will be 37 later in the afternoon. It looks like a usual summer morning with sun in full bloom. Life is the same with minor changes. We have to make it exciting, have to give colors, to make our life wonderful. No Genie will come to our rescue. It happens only in Fairy tales, not in real life. Don't have to wait for miracles. We have to take it as our duty to divert our mind towards, thinking something positive. Distract ourselves from negatives thoughts. Mornings are the key, face of our days, which ultimately are compiled into the story books of our lives. We have to start our day with anything, which can put smile on our faces to brighten our day. Before starting your day, get your body ready for the day. Do some light exercise, depending, what goes with your body. Don't have to overdo. Still do something to give a wake up call to your body, to stimulate your mind, to take actions to direct your body, to do things for the day. ...

  Friday -- Beautiful sunny morning 20 C, will be 35 later in the evening. It is 10.15, I started my morning a bit late. My sleep nowadays, is like seesaw, sort of tricky and unpredictable. We have to accept whatever is there. I know at my age, my body is dealing with more than half a century old machinery. What you expect out of that. Take it whatever is there and relax. I am done with my Breakfast, enjoying my tea in the TV lounge. Sports Channel is on. My son is busy with his Meetings. I am watching the view of my backyard through the big glass panel in front. I now started getting familiar with my renovated backyard with a trust that it will be transformed soon into a beautiful garden with full of life. It is 11.15, I am in my room, my computer is in front. I will switch it on to connect with my loved ones. Curtains of my room are drawn down, to give a cozy atmosphere, for me to get relaxed.   Friday -- Beautiful sunny hot morning 23 C, will be 33 later in the evening. These are couple of  hot days for we Canadians. To enjoy our short summer period, to get out, to go to lakes. August is running out, September is just around the corner. We have to make use of our time in hand. We are aware of that. We are doing whatever we can. Hitting the roads and visiting the lakeside like rituals.   It is 9.15, I am done with my five minutes exercises. My computer is on for me, to browse the favorite sites.
