Thanks Everyone for your concern it meant a lot to me I was really feeling very Proud of My Readers Family So Caring By the way Library opens at 9.30 My Son goes to work around 8 am he was pushing me to take Cab but you know I always try to push  Myself I think we have to till we can My friend wants me to give me a Ride I told her wait for real winter  when it is minus or Snow until then I can handle I feel good doing that Now My Blog Today I am going to watch Ball Playoff  Game at Skydome my son got the ticket for me long before when I was in England Blue Jays is Toronto based Baseball team came in Play off after a long time so public is very excited I only know just couple of players still I am going for the atmosphere and also if your kids offering something accept right away otherwise they will stop doing that We started at 5 pm game is at 7 Skydome now called as Rogers Centre as Rogers now bought it it is in Downtown Toronto

I take two buses to go to My Club I was waiting for my Bus # 900 at HW # 2 I entered the bus and the Lady Driver by mistake shut the door My left leg   was stuck in between the Door I was shocked still tried to scream she realized and suddenly opened the door she also was shocked said  I am sorry a nd asked that are you OK At the Club my friend was saying you can sue her and Govt will  give you enough compensation I told them what will I do with lot   of money at my age  I agree I can complain and she could be in trouble wort come might effect her job Remember we can not be happy by making someone unhappy or putting in trouble I know it was a serious mistake my leg might be broken I have long time Osteoporosis so could be anything worst but to Err is Human and after all we belong to same Human Family so Family is Family God forgives each and every Sin and mistake we commit and lot of them are deli

My Seniors Club started a new Indoor Golfing program Thursday from 1 pm to 3 pm I go for anything to get going after that I went to My Friend's Place  she was having a get together Love  a lways has to be shared She has a wonderful Garden  her backyard connected to the natural habitat like conservation area  walking with her all along the Trails was really great You can see Rouge River flowing and the big rotten trees decaying a real Nature View to watch and to enjoy Logs were there to have a seat Big Swimming Poo l in the back yard raw peanuts were there to put on the fence to bring down Blue Jays in the backyard the mellow music was on Porch was of all wood  giving a very natural touch to the whole atmosphere with wooden furniture arrangement Plants and flowers everywhere portraying a village style setup like a Summer House or Cottage  or a Summer Camp which I saw in Toronto Zoo wooden area every corner so bea

I Love people and Love my Family Love to be around in England summer vacations are different schools start by the end of August My Daughter is working she is a schoolteacher used to leave early morning and back at 4 pm I had my own ways to pass my Days no groaning no grumbling we are not there to bother them they are not  responsible to keep us happy and to solve our day to day problems otherwise we will not have a Welcome Note from anywhere When my Daughter used to be home in  evenings I used to make sure to be with her go with her to drop her son to swimming to Parents meetings and to do groceries  In T oronto same thing busy with my Son and Daughter in law by this way I am busy all the time and don't left any time to get bored  always have something to do I love to b e around to enjoy I believe in pockets of Happiness if one pocket dries up we can put our hands in another one we always get some happiness from som

For relaxation and happiness you don't have to run a Marathon  or push yourself to be happy just relax and be yourself Beside my Senior Club activities I make plans beforehand for Myself to get busy  I am Retired so I keep in mind and try to be involved in my Family my Grand kids cooking -- light groceries as much as I can handle You do such things for your own good and for your own satisfaction you know what goes around comes around just sitting and watching TV not an option for us When you are very busy at work have to do long hours  make plans while coming back  to sit down in your favorite corner of your favorite place with your Cup of Coffee or Tea We need our own time doing Nothing thinking Nothing Just Blank Mind to have our Relaxation Period I do that in the morning lie down for couple of minutes on my bedroom carpet to give a good start to My Day try that you will enjoy 

It is Saturday My Seniors Club is off on weekends so I have to find other activities to get busy and get going My Grandson has to start his Ice Hockey Season I picked up my Baggy black  Jeans and just any shirt now I am ready to go with him It is 10 am I am sitting in Don Beer Hockey Arena my grandson will be playing in Rink # 2 and I will be walking between Rinks to enjoy and to get going Weather is 19 and cloudy  now started to drizzle  walking indoor is only  option Last night I was at our family friend son's Graduation Dinner Party always nice to see people to talk and to share after all we are Social Animal

It is 7 am I take couple of minutes to lie down on my bedroom carpet to feel the Earth  it gives so much relaxation enough to start my day While in England I missed my morning ritual as in my Box room not enough space but I had other bonus to balance that the smiling face of My Daughter and my Grand kids around In North America we have spacious bedrooms so I can  do that no problem It is cool morning I picked up my black pants and navy blue  cotton shirt which I got last year from Marks and Spencer in London It is Friday so will play Darts  and after that Carpet Bowling I will be back around 3 pm My Bus stop is just 2 minutes  away from my Place My son keeps in mind while changing houses that bus stop has to be at walking distance He knows I don't drive and can't stay home It is 9.20 in the morning temperature is 16 a bit cooler I can still see the Morning Dew glittering in the sunshine Birds are chirping and b

Thursday 12 Noon was my Pot Luck at my seniors Club  my friend planned to pick me up I was on my computer then looked out of my window it was a beautiful  morning with lots of sunshine I called my friend that I am planning to walk to the Library that is to my Club It was 10.15 am I had shower and ready to walk on streets it is 35 minutes walk  I am talking about my walk time When we are young we are busy with work and raising our kids managing everything so no time  for our own  After retirement we can do whatever we like to do with our own 24 hours Gift from God it is totally our property no sharing we can spend wherever we want no more anybody business I mentioned in my previous Blog I am Lucky I am Retired I was not making it up I believe in that with my heart and soul Retirement closes only one chapter of our life but opens up so many new Vista that we never imagined before Time is like a Butterfly we can't catc

My Wednesdays are busy I leave at 9.15 and back home around 3 afternoon I love my Club so much that I don't mind taking two buses  to go there My activities from 10 to 12 Darts then from  1 to 3 pm  Lawn Bowling I go to the library between 12 to 1 pm to get busy with my favorite hobbies reading and writing My son knows I can't stay home  so always give me a push to go out it keeps me mobile and active he can do things but I am sure he does that to make me Happy We have joint account when trust is there money doesn't count he knows I love to write so gave me idea of  Blog writing Gym is just opposite to Mall he goes to Gym and I go with him to move around the Mall specially in winter time it helps me a lot as winter is hard in Canada I love to be part of my  family  and want to make my Grand kids  Happy what goes around comes around happiness comes back to me My Family -- my Seniors Club and my Readers Family all

Tuesdays are off for my Senior's Club I mostly go for a walk to my favorite spot 20 minutes walk f rom my place to Tim Horton  sit there for a while to enjoy and write my Blog My son asked me if I can go to Bank  to draw some cash I am always ready to avail such opportunity you know they don't need us  they drive so they can do everything   on their own These are the Moments we can cash into our Happiness  it rarely happens when we can justify our utility I never miss such opportunities I walked 20 minutes to the Bank nearby is Pharma plus I got my shampoo and other stuff from there I made a brief stopover at Herbal Pathway to say Hello to John he doesn't know my name but he knows my face it is enough to exchange smile  In the same Plaza is Fresh Co  I got fresh Bagels cheese Buns  and fiesta cheese to make big Salad for my grand kids to make them Happy When they will come from school I will serve them and see smile

I am back in Toronto from London it takes 15 hours Door to Door Every Monday I have my Senior's Club activities !0 am to 12 Noon Darts I am addicted to Playing Darts I start my Journey taking public transport at 9.25 it take two buses to reach my destination as there is no direct bus service I skipped this Monday to revive and to settle down did all my laundry and organized my cupboard did some cooking for my family to make my grandsons happy we become happy by giving Happiness My Tuesdays are off I mean no Club activity on Wednesday Darts as well as from 1 pm to 3 pm Carpet Bowling I go at 9.15 from my place come back at 3 afternoon This Thursday is  Pot Luck  at My Club Friday same till 3 pm I love my Club very much it is like office for me I never think to take time off I switch off my England Golden Memories buttons close file and put it safely in my Memory Box take out my Toronto File from my Mind Cabinet

At the last leg of my Trip I recollectied all the beautiful memories from every corner to take with me and enjoy after At the start of my journey I landed at Gatwick Airport then to My Daughter's Place Thornton Heath Road in London two days after to Grimsby to my other daughter's place Grimsby is a small fishing town 4 driving hours away from London very quiet when you compare with the glittering city of London I had such a wonderful time over there full of memories So many of my Blogs I have written about Grimsby Train station where I used to go so often to feel the quietness of that place It looked to me that clock has stopped for awhile can you imagine such a place in today's busy life Cleethorpe seaside where tides move meters away in couple of hours Mablethorpe Beach where sea was very still Louth 40 minutes away from Grimsby where you feel you gone back into  decades old town I have wonderful memories with m

Yesterday I enjoyed my Lunch with my friend's company at her place after that I was on Bus #13 to go to Oxford Circus My friend advised me to get my sweater from Japanese store Uni QLO opposite to J ohn Lewis big store at Oxford Street I picked a black sweater from there cost me 29.99 pounds My Daughter f rom Grimsby keeps calling me to keep track and to feel connected she pushed me to buy shirt from my favorite store Marks and Spencer 's I got a bottle green collared shirt cost me 25 pounds sometimes we have to buy gifts to us to get Happiness this is an investment in your Mind and Body Domain

Our Children are like our body parts when they move out and start Family go to different places because of their work It looks like our body parts are scattered all over the world We try to keep connection alive as long as possible but as we become old it is getting difficult for us Children are busy with their work and with their Family they still love you but are tied up with their own priorities We don't have to blame them we did the same to  our Parents not anyone's fault it is the cycle which goes on Parents are the same they may be from any country of any color any cast or creed specially Moms are Moms We have to keep in mind that our children are no more children they now have their own lives besides family and work  have their friends their own circle to move around It is one sided connection from our side only they don't have time we are not any part in their lives so just close your eyes and leave the

    Chemsford     England    From Finchley Station    which is my friend Place    today I am planning to go to my     Nephew's place to Chemsford    this place is in Essex County      I have to take bus to St John Wood's Station    from there train to Stratford Station    then have to take train for Chemsford    cost me extra 13.20 pound on top of    my 10 pound Oyster Travel Card     Transit is expensive in England     I started my journey at 11 am     arrived at Chemsford at 1.40 pm     with my Trolley and my computer     Stratford station was not easy to manage     I was there at 12 .15 pm it took 40 minutes     to get ticket and go to Platform # 10     for train to Chemsford      Try to meet the People showing Love    when they greet you with smile on     their faces    we forget the time cost and the efforts    it takes     It doesn't matter anymore    It gives us the Real Happiness    Give value to these people otherwise

London England We three Grade Five School friends having great time together for a while Today one of my friend left to Los Angeles  Now me and one of my friend left to enjoy our time My friend had her Kew Garden   Membership and can take one more person   That's it we had a plan now from Finchley Train Station  we can take direct train to Kew Garden it will take 35 minutes to go there From Station to Kew Garden is just 8 minutes walk weather is good 23 degrees  Houses by the road were quite different big and white colored Trees very tall We got 5 pounds ticket for the Mobile to have a tour of the Garden it goes all around tour duration is  40 minutes  We were enjoying the whole Trip after that we were at the Mobile  Stop # 2 for Walk over Trees that was very unique experience You can take stairs or take Glass Elevator to go to the Path we picked the glass elevator to walk on the steel pathway We also walked to the  Ros
