Thought Of The Day

  Some days, we sleep well, nothing looks wrong, still we don't feel good. Don't like to start our day, feeling low and lethargic. I think, it is ok.  We Humans are not Robots.  Give yourself a break. Sometimes, our body looks fine, mind doesn't want to come forward to give orders. Our system is very complex, not so simple. It is creation of God Almighty. Not easy to understand. We can't figure out, what went wrong. Give yourself a break. Your mind will figure that out. Things will be back to normal after a while. Have patience. Don't get panicky. Variety of beautiful flowers are there, in my daughter's garden. Grass is lush green. Two white pigeons are walking around, still my heart is not into it. Not enjoying the view, the beauty. I think, I have to take a day off. have to wait. My mind will work out to get things back to normal. I have to be patient. I think, my system is down.   Beautiful morning. It is 20 C, in London, same as at my home, in Pickering, Canada. I am sitting in my daughter's garden, enjoying the beauty around. Lush green grass, tall trees, more than twenty feet high, smiling colorful flowers in pots.  Jasmine plant with delicate white flowers, looking great on red brick wall. Two white pigeons walking on right side of the garden. Perfect scenic view to behold and to cherish. Memorable moments.  I will be leaving in couple of days to my next station, to Kent. My other daughter's place. At the moment, thinking about you. My Readers family. Hope things are fine with you people, my friends.   It is morning, bright and quiet, peaceful. I am sitting in my daughter's garden. Trees, with all sorts of green, standing calm and quiet all around. Nice weather, no breeze, still pleasant. Two white pigeons are walking, at the side of the garden. I see so many pigeons, here in London. Black cat, Tommy is sitting beside me, right in front. He is a nice pet. They have it for years. Yellow roses are in flower pot on the brick red garden fence. Next to it, is the pot of white flowers with deep blue center, so beautiful. Jasmine climbing plants, on red wall, look great. Trees with white delicate flowers, amazing, scenic. I see couple of green leafy plants, with top deep red. I can't figure out, these are it's leaves or sort of flowers.  Tall trees, more than twenty feet, are around too. Some are Shrubs, some flower plants and pots.   July 21st 2023 I am in London, it is about a week, came on 16th. I am all settled down. No jet lag, nothing. Weather is the same. I checked the weather in Toronto. It is 21 C, in London it is 20. Sunny and bright, beautiful. I am enjoying, walking in the garden, at my daughter's place, in Reading. So much green all around. Pink, white, red and yellow, all colors of flowers, are smiling in the flower beds around. Two grey color Pigeons are walking in the garden. It looks so peaceful. Calm and quiet. Yesterday I was at Oxford, in the city of Uni. I came to know that "Harry potter" movie was shot here. Amazing architecture around. The Campus, Churches, Castles and Cathedrals. Big shopping Centre, to shop and to walk around. My daughter was looking for parking, nothing was available. Luckily, we got one, in the Mall's upper level parking area. It was 1.30, we had fish burger and fries from McDonalds. From there, after walking around, in the Mall for about an hour, went

  July 18th 2023 I don't know from where to start. So much done in the last couple of days. I started my journey from Toronto to London, on 15th night. My departure was at 10 pm. It was seven hour flight. I was at Heathrow airport, at 10 in the morning of 16th.  London is five hours ahead of time in Toronto. Weather is great here in London. It looks beautiful, all green. I like the drive, here. My daughter was at the airport, with her husband. I was happy to see them, forgot about all of my tiredness. Kids are lifelines for we parents. Two days were all mixed with jet lag and tiredness, still I was able to be on roads of London, with my daughter. Day one was, short trips to "Tesco" to get groceries and to train station. My daughter was going to drop her son, I went with her to station.  Day two was, trip to Windsor Castle. It was great, scenic. Huge park around. Beautiful lake in front.   July 12th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. Not so cold, not too hot. It is 22 C, perfect for walk. It is 10.30, I am in my room, busy sorting things and clothes, to be packed for my trip to England. I have already put a clean garbage bag by the side of my wall cabinets. I will start dumping things here. It will easy to pack after.  We don't have to be panicky at the last moment. Have to plan and manage things beforehand. It will release our pressure to meet deadlines. My flight is couple of days away. I have already planned my, "Things to do". I have to do my hair color and one load of laundry.  Tomorrow I have to go to work. I love playing Darts. I won't have to miss that. I will be back after 12.30. I will have all day after. I will be fine. Not to worry about. We have to give positive messages to ourselves, of and on. It helps to release pressure, to calm you down. We won't be able to work under pressure. July 9th 2023 Beautiful morning. No rain, not too hot. Perfect for walk. It is Sunday, my last weekend in Toronto. Saturday is my flight. Next Sunday, I will be in London at Reading, my daughter's place, with my grand kids. I will see them after around two years. My daughter is excited, chalked out many plans for the time, I will be there. I will start my journey from Reading, after that, shunting between Kent and Grimsby and finally again to Reading, to finish my journey in England and to take off for my home to Toronto. Reading is closer to Heathrow, about half an hour away. My six weeks travel period will be over by the first week of September. Anyway, for now I have to focus on other things. Packing related matters are priority. I got some travel pack stuff from Walmart, yesterday, like Shampoo, Conditioner, Cream, etc. I have to do my laundry too, before my trip.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer. Computer is sort of Blessing for me. I don't know how my Mom used to pass her time without phone and computer. How come she

  It is midnight after. Sometimes you can't sleep. No use of going to bed and trying again and again. To distract yourself, is the best option. I am doing the same. My computer is switched on. I am busy writing my Blog. I am now, enjoying my time. Who cares about sleep. The more you think, the more you will be out of it. It is very quiet. Everyone sleeping in my household. I am thinking about my travel. It is just couple of days away. I have to distract myself, to relieve pressure. Thinking something positive works, to balance things out. I have to  think about my daughters, My daughters are waiting for me. My childhood friend will be coming to London by the end of July. She lives in Netherland, with her daughter. She is looking forward to see me,  making plans. My younger sister got an accident, fractured her hip. She is home now, her surgery was done last week. She will be happy to see me.   July 2nd 2023 Bright morning, hot and humid. Rain is on the way. It is 9.15, I am at my deck, sitting on one of the red knitted steel chairs. Humid atmosphere. Scenic view. Pink Canadian Roses are smiling in front, in the flower bed, at the back.  Two white planters, at the side, are loaded with purple flowers. Grass is lush green. Everything s so perfect, to behold, to make your day. It is 10.15, I am done with my breakfast and some calls. My son is going for his haircut. I will go with him to walk outside, around. No Frills, store is just nearby, I will get bread and Peanut butter cookies for my grandson, the Slurpee Boy. He will like that. On the way back my son has to go to Home Depot store, to get garden soil. It is 11.30, he is inside the store. I am walking in the Garden area outside. All colors and variety of flowers and plants, are all around. I am enjoying the beauty and the view. Life is all good. Suddenly, my mind diverted to the call of one of my friend. She was talking
