It is night time 7 pm I am going with my son to drop my eldest Grand kid to Hockey Arena  he has to go for a Coaches meeting to reshuffle the teams as season has started I can see the confidence the hidden sense of glory and accomplishment he is 17 and I think he is taking this as one of his big achievement to be a Coach Our joy and happiness everything is relative and changes at every step of our Life we feel something very important but at our later stage of Life not looks so Something we push so hard to get at any cost looses it's value after a while it doesn't mean anything and we get surprised of ourselves that why we were after this Life is a change every step every moment we see different targets to achieve we see change in our interest in our goals When we are kid our focus is winning every game every sport then our studies after that our career and at later stage our objectives are divided between self a...

It was night time I was going with my son to pick my grandson from Hockey game it was cloudy so was pitch black We were passing through the street lined both sides with trees it was a two track highway so trees looked like not so far away I opened my window to smell and to breathe in real fresh air I was lucky I smelled a very strong odor sure skunk must be around somewhere here It gave me very different feeling feeling of passing through the Real Woods trees were very quiet may be already asleep Stillness all around so calm so peaceful wind also moving with caution making sure not to stir and  disturb the serene atmosphere  We see different shades of Nature  this is a Solemn one not the Joyous mood of the Morning God is Gracious to provide us a variety of taste and flavor and also vibrant scenic views to behold and enjoy and be Thankful

In the  morning I was waiting for Bus # 120 just two days back it was 28 and sunny I had to take shelter behind the electric pole from the scorching Sun In Canada sun rays come direct because of Ozone Hole and it is burning and uncomfortable in hot summer days It is 19 and cloudy today so I am taking the shelter behind that electric pole to escape the wind and cold weather How quickly things change same like our Life  Kids grow so fast finish their schooling and Nest is empty We have to value each and every Moment to drain it out to our utmost satisfaction What goes around comes around but I think not true for everything like our age which moves on We have to celebrate whatever time left and use it with our full capacity by using all the means we have in our power so let us Celebrate Our Today

My Seniors Club started a new Indoor Golfing program Thursday from 1 pm to 3 pm I go for anything to get going after that I went to My Friend's Place  she was having a get together Love  a lways has to be shared She has a wonderful Garden  her backyard connected to the natural habitat like conservation area  walking with her all along the Trails was really great You can see Rouge River flowing and the big rotten trees decaying a real Nature View to watch and to enjoy Logs were there to have a seat Big Swimming Poo l in the back yard raw peanuts were there to put on the fence to bring down Blue Jays in the backyard the mellow music was on Porch was of all wood  giving a very natural touch to the whole atmosphere with wooden furniture arrangement Plants and flowers everywhere portraying a village style setup like a Summer House or Cottage  or a Summer Camp which I saw in Toronto Zoo wooden ...

I love to walk to Tim Horton it is 20 minutes walk from my Place on the way so much to see so much to enjoy while walking Beautiful scenery with flowers birds and butterflies I am sitting in Tim Horton having my small Double Doubl e enjoying my Blog writing I am always thankful to God who made me able to walk and to enjoy his beautiful Creations also to enjoy my own Company Thank you God  I don't deserve  any of that I just noticed the  Tim Horton Logo and with that  1964  I think this is the year when they started their Business My mind goes back to year 1964 the year when I completed  my Masters with Honors in Microbiology Things change so many memories Great Moments to cherish but we have to live in the present so just forget everything Ring out the Old and Ring in the New The Recipe for Happiness

For relaxation and happiness you don't have to run a Marathon  or push yourself to be happy just relax and be yourself Beside my Senior Club activities I make plans beforehand for Myself to get busy  I am Retired so I keep in mind and try to be involved in my Family my Grand kids cooking -- light groceries as much as I can handle You do such things for your own good and for your own satisfaction you know what goes around comes around just sitting and watching TV not an option for us When you are very busy at work have to do long hours  make plans while coming back  to sit down in your favorite corner of your favorite place with your Cup of Coffee or Tea We need our own time doing Nothing thinking Nothing Just Blank Mind to have our Relaxation Period I do that in the morning lie down for couple of minutes on my bedroom carpet to give a good start to My Day try that you will enjoy 

Tuesdays are off for my Senior's Club I mostly go for a walk to my favorite spot 20 minutes walk f rom my place to Tim Horton  sit there for a while to enjoy and write my Blog My son asked me if I can go to Bank  to draw some cash I am always ready to avail such opportunity you know they don't need us  they drive so they can do everything   on their own These are the Moments we can cash into our Happiness  it rarely happens when we can justify our utility I never miss such opportunities I walked 20 minutes to the Bank nearby is Pharma plus I got my shampoo and other stuff from there I made a brief stopover at Herbal Pathway to say Hello to John he doesn't know my name but he knows my face it is enough to exchange smile  In the same Plaza is Fresh Co  I got fresh Bagels cheese Buns  and fiesta cheese to make big Salad for my grand kids to make them Happy When they will come from school I wi...
