At the last leg of my Trip I recollectied all the beautiful memories from every corner to take with me and enjoy after At the start of my journey I landed at Gatwick Airport then to My Daughter's Place Thornton Heath Road in London two days after to Grimsby to my other daughter's place Grimsby is a small fishing town 4 driving hours away from London very quiet when you compare with the glittering city of London I had such a wonderful time over there full of memories So many of my Blogs I have written about Grimsby Train station where I used to go so often to feel the quietness of that place It looked to me that clock has stopped for awhile can you imagine such a place in today's busy life Cleethorpe seaside where tides move meters away in couple of hours Mablethorpe Beach where sea was very still Louth 40 minutes away from Grimsby where you feel you gone back into  decades old town I have wonderful memories with m...

London England We three Grade Five School friends having great time together for a while Today one of my friend left to Los Angeles  Now me and one of my friend left to enjoy our time My friend had her Kew Garden   Membership and can take one more person   That's it we had a plan now from Finchley Train Station  we can take direct train to Kew Garden it will take 35 minutes to go there From Station to Kew Garden is just 8 minutes walk weather is good 23 degrees  Houses by the road were quite different big and white colored Trees very tall We got 5 pounds ticket for the Mobile to have a tour of the Garden it goes all around tour duration is  40 minutes  We were enjoying the whole Trip after that we were at the Mobile  Stop # 2 for Walk over Trees that was very unique experience You can take stairs or take Glass Elevator to go to the Path we picked the glass elevator to walk on t...

London England I got Bus # 127 from Tooting Broadway just opposite from Mcdonalds it is very long route to Purley around 40 minutes I like that as it goes through Small Ponds with  ducks also some farms and green areas I always take the front seat at the Upper Deck to have a feel like I am enjoying a Tour Bus Ride Now I am at Purley Tesco Extra It is the place I used to come with my Daughter who now lives in Grimsby I opened my Memory Box to have a taste and feel of the Past Memories I am now sitting at Tesco Cafe enjoying Toasted Raisin Biscuits with butter and small Cappuccino I also got a  black striped Top for Myself size 8 cost me 12 Pounds sometimes you have to give Treat to yourself I picked 2 Bananas for 13 Pence as from here to Thornton Heath will be a long journey I am now at Purley Train Station j ust 5 minutes walk from Tesco waiting for Bus # 289 My daughter House # 45 is on the same Street just there now...

London  England My Grade Five school friend  lives at Finchley Station She was insisting me to  stay  at her place for couple of days I packed my trolley and didn't forget to pack my computer inside My daughter picked my trolley to check it's weight She was concerned that how will I manage it in my 2 and a half hours long journey with  three different buses  She was insisting to drive me to Norbury station which I didn't agree We have to manage our things as much as possible on our own It is good children ask but if we start depending on them they will stay away and stop asking I started my journey from Thornton Heath at 10 am and at 12.30 I was at Finchley Station My another Grade five school friend  was also at her place from Los Angeles We three friends of old school timer had Lunch together It was a Unique occasion we talked about everything It is so relaxing with friends when we are old the...

I posted my Blog in the morning I was still lying down in my bed while two lines clicked my Mind Those two lines were Enjoy the Days of Life You have in Hand it made my Day I had my breakfast of hot oatmeal cereal fried egg with orange juice had shower and ready to roll on London streets Top up my Oyster for 10 pounds now on  Bus # 250 to Brixton station from there on Bus # 3  passing through Thames  --  Parliaments Square Big Ben and Trafalgar  today not so hot after 3 days of Heat wave  I am sitting at Trafalgar square nearby pigeons are roaming around an artist drawing sketches with colorful chalks people are taking pictures such a colorful atmosphere Just across Trafalgar is National Gallery of Arts I am enjoying the beautiful Magnificent Paintings Now I am in my favorite Garfunkel Restaurant  having fish and chips cost 12.50 pounds and apple crumble with vanilla ice cream cost me 5.95...

London England I started my Journey at 10 am from Thornton Heath Road Top up my Oyster Card from the nearby Off Licence shop It is a different type of Travel Card Like pay as you go card I put 10 pounds as I will take train so will cost more went to Sainsbury which is just opposite to get Flowers and Cake for my Grade 7th school time friend I will see her at lunch at her place I could not get anything like that from Sainsbury so taken Bus # 109 to Tesco  which is two stops away I got pink roses and Carrot Cake have to pay 5 pence extra for plastic bags Now I am all set to continue my journey have to take #109 again to Norbury Train Station where I will take train to Victoria Train station  from there Bus # 82 take me to Finchley Station 40 minutes to my friend place I love Bus # 82 Route it goes through all the sightseeing Places Hyde Park --  Marble Arch Selfridges The very prestigious 5 star shopping store same as H...

England We had a different route  to Grimsby 2 hours drive from York by the roadside small  Wind Mill tea shop only farms and farm houses in between farms very small village of around 25 houses all of red bricks One Chimney shaped small White gift shop  White moon on clear sky we are passing through hilly area it is 8.30 pm will reach Grimsby at 9.30 pm Passing through Humber Bridge it is the first longest suspension Bridge of England We have to pay 1.50 pound Toll Light pink streaks on clear sky with s cattered dark grey patches it is S unset time  one side of sky is reddish orange With scenic green view along the road  and all these colors  such a beautiful atmosphere Now moon turns golden as it is getting dark I am enjoying the whole Trip Enjoy the Days of Life You have in Hand

I am in London in the Heart of Croydon Center  sitting on a shiny steel bench road is full of people it is 5 pm Mall closes at 6 pm but it is Summer time so late shopping hours and now will close at 7 pm Parking is 3 pounds for 2 hours you can not park for one hour so minimum have to pay 3 pounds Lloyds Bank is at my front Marks and Spencer very old and prestigeous multistory store is behind me now I am in McDonald the ever green eat out Place it is like Walmart store  within reach of common average Middle class Now I see House of Fraser the top class store Zara - Aldos all here Thornton No.1 Chocolate store Costa the Cafe people love here Primark  multistory Big Big store very popular for everything My daughter and my Son family all are busy in the Mall I am not a shopping person so enjoying my own time Croydon Center has two separate Malls Whitgift and Centrale the road between is Path to walk around and connect ...

Today I was at my Cousin Place in Tooting Broadway it is  Tube Station Junction 20 minutes away from Thornton Heath my Daughter's Place I noticed flower baskets hanging outside the Pub painted in black colorful flowers looking beautiful on black walls Light Blue color of Cafe Nero Italian Coffee Chain My cousin is in very bad shape after his stroke his left side affected so was lying in special hospital bed I was thinking of my last Trip when he was f ull of life very active used to hop in buses to see me on the very first day of my arrival How things change you never know what will be the  next Enjoy the Moment you have time will never come back don't wait for tomorrow it will be a bonus Try to make use of time you have so that we wont have any Regret

Yesterday I went to Peak District from Grimsby it is 2 and a half hours drive we started at 12.15 pm I saw Scunthorpe and Lincon Exit signs very scenic view road was lined up by Green trees on both sides Next sign was of  Doncaster from where you can get direct Train to London Whole area is like a Countryside farms sheep cows horses and very few scattered houses  just after 15 minutes I see Exit sign for Leeds, Hull, Newark Sheffield and Notingham Sherwood Forest also there all the sightseeing places signs are of brown color then comes Derby and Woodall service station Where we had a stop over then continued our Trip to Peak District from here very different scenic view this is all Derbyshire We are passing through Matlock a very old different town old style housing small " Blue Toops " pub winding roads it all reminded me of Ireland Specially drive from Limerick to Cork at some places look like an aerial view from airp...

It is a beautiful morning I got my Reader's Comments it added my morning's joy I packed my hand trolley as I am going to Grimsby This will be a unique travel experience as for the first time my youngest  daughter will accompany me throughout my journey from London to Grimsby She will be getting some time off  from her daughter's wedding busy schedule will be for couple of days  at Grimsby with me Her daughter the Bride will join  with Groom to pick her Mom up  from Grimsby we will have some great family time  the time never in my life I had before we have to focus on our present time and enjoy whatever we have Every moment we have is worth to celebrate we loose the moment and time doesn't come back on Every Birthday we loose one whole year from our Life Try to celebrate each and every moment so that in our really old age God forbid if we have nowhere to go we can open our Big Memory Box to enjoy ...

It is morning  I am in Croydon had my walk for a few minutes in the back garden of my daughter's place at Thornton Heath grass was slightly wet with the morning dew it was so cool now I am on the streets of Thornton Heath with my son Beautiful Moments Today is Wedding Reception  of my grand daughter it is from Groom side like a Grand Finale Tomorrow we are leaving back to Grimsby to my another Daughter's place where I will be having few more chances to visit my favorite spot  Grimsby Train Station I love that quiet place to be there is so relaxing I take time off from my busy schedule  it is 4 hours Drive from London to Grimsby but usually takes 6 to 7 hours depending on traffic we are planning to leave early to avoid rush hours still London is unpredictable specially with  weather and traffic

Grimsby England 29 July 2016 I am at Freshney Place Mall here even in weekdays Mall close at 5.30 pm My daughter busy in getting her shoes I am walking around now sitting on the wooden bench in front of   " Next " it is a big clothing store I just noticed   " Bhs " British Home Store has sign of closing down sale it is also a big chain store you never know how quickly everything goes upside down Now I start thinking about the Big Big Canadian High Tech Company " Nortel " it was gone in no time In Freshney Place Mall there is a big Market Place an indoor big Market which closed at 5 pm I am 5 minutes away from my favorite spot Grimsby Railway Station it is raining so can not go now there will be a next time for now I am enjoying my Blog writing
