My Dear Readers  Dear Retirees and  Dear Retired Chef Dear Dietitian  Dear Nutritionist Dear Cafe Manager My Dear Student Friends             & All My Dear Readers Take any White Bread Cut the Slices into 4 Square Pieces  Spread the Bread Pieces in Baking Tray Sprinkle Sugar ---- Enough to Taste Sweet Pour Milk in Tray over the Bread and Sugar For Half of the Bread  Pour  One and Half Liter Milk   ---  Homo Milk ---  I use 2% Any Milk Doesn't Matter Homo will give Creamy Touch  Sprinkle  Shredded Sweet Coconut Spread Almond Slices You can Sprinkle just a pinch of Yellow Food Color Or any Food Color of Your Choice Put The Tray in Oven at 375 Don't Cover Don't Wait for The Temperature Put The Tray right away Check after 30 Minutes You can Leave it in the Oven  for more Time to Bake Keep an eye on the Liquid Left in the Tray Not Too Dry  --  Not Too Watery Broil for just 2 Minutes It will be Tasty Bread Pudding

My Dear Readers  Dear Retirees and  Dear Retired Chef Dear Dietitian  Dear Nutritionist Dear Cafe Manager My Dear Student Friends             & All My Dear Readers Take Ground Beef or any Meat in Baking Tray Ginger and Garlic Paste I Blend Fresh Garlic and Fresh Ginger Keep in Refrigerator in Bottles Yogurt    ------   I use 2% in cooking Chopped Bell Pepper Chopped Onion and Chopped Fresh Tomato Tomato Paste  -----   it  will give color to the Dish Open the Tomato Paste Can Spread the content in Plastic Seal Bag and Put in Flat Position in Plate Store in Freezer Take small piece of this Frozen Paste whenever You want Olive oil or any cooking oil Will give Fullness Red Chili Powder Crushed Red Chili Black Chili Powder and Salt Use All the Spices to Taste Mix Everything in the Ground Meat and cover the Dish with Foil Heat the Oven to 375 don't wait for Temperature just put the Tray in the Oven for about an Hour

My Dear Readers  Dear Retirees and My Dear  Retired Chef Dear Dietitian  Dear Nutritionist             & All My Dear Readers Yesterday for Dinner Kids had Baked Chicken  Others wanted some Light Stuff so I made Veggie Omelette  for Myself My Son and for My Daughter in Law I chopped Onion and Bell Pepper Put some cooking oil in Frying Pan I use Olive oil Take eggs I make Omelette from Egg white only throw away the Yolk in a bowl whip the egg white with Fork No Spices Put the Chopped Onion and chopped Bell Pepper in the hot oil stir for a while I use Olive oil  Don't Fry just stir put a pinch of  Ground Black Pepper and pinch of Crushed Red Chili on the veggies  in the Pan Now spread the egg white from the Bowl on the Veggie in Frying Pan If you have some Mint Leaves put some over that in the Pan Now lower the Flame to Medium after just couple of  Minutes Flip the Omelette in The Pan leave it on the Stove for a wh
