 I Don't want to See That at any Cost
Why He has to Suffer

If it will Cost His Job then go
For That or For Anything

 Otherwise I am Never in Favor of That
If I can change Police Uniform 
Altogether 

 I mean They have to be in ordinary Clothes
Uniform Gives an Alarming Look and
I Think Nobody Opens up 

 We have to come Down from Our Status to
the Status of the People We are Dealing With

It is Monday Beautiful Morning with
22 Degrees I am working Part Time
Playing Darts Only No Bowling

 I am walking around My Driveway
Having My 5 Minutes Time alone Slot
My Friend will pick Me up She has Black Car
with Snow White Number Plate

Summer is nearly Done just couple of Weeks left so
Lot of activity is around I can Hear Birds Talking
Calling to Their Friends Some walking around

Red and Golden Yellow Flowers are smiling at
My Next Door Front Garden I can see Small
Golden Yellow Butterfly

Such a Festive atmosphere to enjoy
It is a Cloudy Day Rain is on the way

This Summer there was so much Rain
We didn't have a chance to water our
Grass and other Plants

 My Friend's Black Car is here I have to go
She comes just 10 Minutes before 10 am so
I can not go to My Office No Time now

 I am in the Next Room to Do numbers to Make
Teams to Play Darts I am enjoying with My Friends

Sunday was a very Tough Day for Me because of
The Situation in " Smile Garden " I mean The Things
Going with Students at University and Specially
With Dean

I was enjoying on Lake and after that
at Tim Horton writing My Blog
Enjoying My Nature Walk to Home

When I came Back after 1 pm and opened
My Computer and Got the Comment from My Friend
Literature Fellow and That was it

I have to Post one More Blog in Emergency
in addition to My Routine Daily Blog

It was an Emergency Situation because of the
Rumor That Dean is having Tough Time
I was Feeling Bad as it is because of My Writings

Though I Believed Whatever I was writing still
It is Not Good that Someone has to Suffer
He didn't Do anything just Listening to Me

Thank God Everything is under Control
I Believe Students from the High School
Need Lot of Help 

 If Principal can Take Copies of My Blogs and
Do the Reading in the School Premises
It was Helping a Lot what She Mentioned

If We can Change Life of Just One Student it is
Worth to take action in That Direction
Things Look Difficult But Let Us Try
They are Like Candles will be Lighting Other Candles

      We had a Toastmasters session today and again Smile blogs were the only items on the agenda. People, including managers, think that Smile blogs are transforming our corporate office. People are more positive and friendly since we started posting the blogs

    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees did not go for our long walk today. We are still very tired from the walk from yesterday. Some of the retirees are still suffering from cramps also. This walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you have. The retirees instead went straight to the reading of your blog.

    The retirees passed a motion to celebrate your leadership and your management of the situation at the uni. We wanted to go to the university to show solidarity with the Dean on your behalf but the retired Corporate Executive reminded us that you have not authorized this. The retirees feel a strong connection to the university as we were involved in introducing the young scholars to your writings. Also a number of us are alumni of the university

    The cafe manager has decided to also start the pilot of spicy yogurt and spicy bread. He is putting together the business case and will present it to the ownership. Once approved, the pilot can start. The retired chef is not involved in this as he is helping out other five star properties in getting the spicy bread established as a menu item

    The school trustees are pleased with the presentation that was put together by the Smile with Smile program regarding your idea yesterday. The presentation was for a local school where this idea will be tried as a pilot and then introduced to all schools depending on the outcome of the tiral

    the subcommittee on physical well being is looking for your advice.

    Father say you no yell father today. Father say you probably take brake. Father say you no ask father health. Father say he yes mind lot. Father say he very sick and he think you friend but if father die you no care. Father say he no go and stay alone as he very sick. Father say he say old almost 67

    (Hannah say it she mistake that father sick. She feel very bad. She say she very worry Niklas because he spend all time out. She say she say you because you think Niklas like you Niklas. Niklas say grandpapa sick because he eat all bake chiken alone at night. And he tummy hurt. Me take day out as father sick. He take ibuprofen at night and head hurt get better so he hungry and eat all bake chiken that Hannah made for whole house. Me tell him to go walk but he yell me that if father sick then why walk. Me confuse. Me no no what do)

During one of the breaks, I read the blog and you clarified the value of accommodation, patience and kindness so well, that everyone started having a positive attitude.     Dear Author,

    We read your blog at the Smile Garden today. Since you not only forgave the students and the Smile Army volunteer but suggested that you are proud of them, the Dean asked them to read the blog. In our university, it is high honour for someone to be even invited to these readings, so you can imagine what kind of honour it will be for someone to do the reading. It was very difficult for them to read, as they were crying all the time. They still are apologizing to the Dean, to us and more importantly to YOU for inadvertently causing concern.

    We went to the SRC after the reading of the blog. The Dean asked us to take a day off and not work on the Encyclopedia but we decided to work on it anyways.

    We salute your adroitness to solution convoluted vexation. We already were cognizant of your consummate authoring artistry but the way you counseled the panjandrum at the university and were able to instruct the young scholars and Dean alike is nothing but remarkable.

    Your blog today, is worth rendering in every school, every household, every place of worship, essentially everywhere where there are pupils and young learners. It is effectively a manifesto of progressive and rational thought.

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
