It is Friday Morning Sunny Day with 22 Degrees
Small Brown Rabbit is Having Breakfast at
My Back Garden

I Think He started Feeling very
Comfortable and now Lives Here
it is Amazing

 Yesterday Before Dinner at 8 pm I went to
Talk to My Son He was sitting in Backyard

I Noticed Rabbit was sitting there
Didn't Move and was Keep on Enjoying
His Menu of Lush Green Grass

I Don't serve Him anything
God is Taking care of Him It is the Best 

 I Think This Whole Week was Amazing
On Thursday One of another Senior Club
Invited Us to Play " Bocci Ball " and also
To Enjoy Food 

 Couple of People from our Club were there
I Don't Care about Food as I am not a Good Eater
Still Go for Everything to Get Out

 On Wednesday Something Happened
it was around 2 pm We were Busy Playing Carpet Bowling
Couple of Pool Players were Busy in another Room

 The Lady from Office with Photographer and a
Member from Police Department came and asked Me
Is it OK if We Take Picture of You

 It was for the  Calendar of Senior Safety Program
I Don't Know Why I Don't Say No to Anything

 I said " Go ahead " Thank God It was Not Only
My Picture She Did the Group 

We were Group of Seven so the Damage
will be Controlled by Their Photograph
I am Terrible to be Photographed
Anyway it is Done it will be on Calendar

 I Think We have to Accept Ourselves
I Mean What We are We are and have to
Acknowledge Ourselves

Have Faith and Don't You Worry What People
Think and Say Go ahead and Do Whatever
You want Go with Your Heart 

Your Heart Gives You Joy and Going with
Your Mind Gives You Peace 

 I was Working Full Time so was in the Library
The Lady from Office showed Me The Picture
It was a Big Photo of Group of Seven of us 

 One of My Friend who is also in the Picture was
saying " It Looks We waited all Our Life ---
At This Age to be on Calendar "

    I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. This being Sunday, there are out of town visitors too. Our town people looks forward to Sunday as so many people come here from other places. They used to go to church but because the blog is posted in the morning, they instead come to Smile Corner. Today, there were only a handful people at the church but when the blog used to be posted in the afternoons, it used to be full and some people standing outside. One of the local customer cooked veggie omelette and brought it here. It is not enough for everyone, so the customers are taking one bite each so more people can taste it. It is a festive atmosphere here

      I am also from Russia and a teacher. I use your blog as teaching material for English as Second Language to kids. Your blog provide good description of life in Canada and your description of day to day scenes is stellar. As an added bonus you always have at least one, sometimes more, positive messages. Before using your blog we used to reference Hardy, Dickens, Herriot but now use the blog as primary material and the others as secondary material.

    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees did not go for our long walk today. We are still very tired from our previous walk. Some of the retirees are still suffering from cramps also. This walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you have. The retirees instead went straight to the reading of your blog

    The retired professional photographer and the retire police chief jointly led the reading of your blog. The retired police chief pointed out that he was astounded about your observation that police uniform is causing a barrier between police and the people that police serve. When we asked him thtat it was him who got the police officers to come in plain clothes at the celebration at the university. He confided to us that the police union here reads your blogs and it was not him but they themselves who chose to do it.

    The retired chef mentioned that your recipes are very popular with the customers of the 2 5 start properties which are serving them. They are thinking of introducing more of your recipe based on the success of the veggie omelette

    Dear Author,

    The students read your blog at the Smile Garden today. The atmosphere here is very nice. The Smile Army also brought in coffee for us. One of them was saying that it is because of you that we have so good relations as we used to fight and consider ourselves as rivals.

    Some of the students from the local school also came to the reading of the blog. They are not as addicted to the blog as they were addicted to drugs. They were saying that you helped them a lot. Some of us are not in favor of them coming every day because of their recent past.

    Father say you yell father lot today. Father say he yes mind. Father say he sick again because Hannah no make good food. Father say Niklas come back and he happy because he love Niklas. Father say father go library and he tell library person that father also want picture like you and he take picture father with Kris mobile. Father say he tell Kris (me) that father want play bocci ball to. Father no no bocci ball so he need learn first. Father say he yell Hannah again because she no give special food to rabit and it no come back garden. Father say he say he old almost 67

    (Hannah say she hapy that Niklas come back. She say he come back because you. She say she no no how make good rabit food like you because rabit no come in back garden. She say it her mistake that father sick because she make bake ground beef but no able hide. Niklas say that he only come because you . He say thank. Me no no how play bocci ball but father want me tell. Father also want picture library but they no take picture so I tell them take picture with me mobile and that way father no no and he happy. Me no happy because me ly father but Hannah say it good because he happy. Me confuse. Me no no what do)

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
