It is Thursday Morning Cloudy -- Humid
Hot Day with 26 Feels Like 30
There is a New Program to be started in
My Club some Location at Centennial Park

I Go for Everything so Today I am going at 12.30 for
that it is called " Bocci Ball " I Don't know that and
Never Played Still I will go

 I was on Computer Checking Messages I am still Thinking
about the Message from My School Friend Who Lives in
Sydney as I told You We Share Everything

She Knows My Family so was asking about My
Youngest Sister Who is in very Bad Shape after
Her Retirement

My Friend is also having to Cope Her Retirement
Period so She Knows it is Tough it was This
Sentence which is still at the Back of My Mind

She was writing There has to be some Sort of Training 
or Self Training Necessary for How to Take Things in
Retired Life

 I Think I agree with Self Training on the Field
I Mean after Retirement --  We have to involve
Ourselves in various Things -- various activities
to Assess How We are Taking 

No one can Train anyone to get the Good Results
We know Ourselves well and also How to Deal Our Life
after Retirement Everything Changed

Mainly Our Emotional Life is in Trauma
We can not Explain and Express to Others
We Behave Strong But it is Vice versa 
Our inside is Shaken up

We Try to Cover up for the Rest of Our Life
Hide Specially From Our Family who have seen
Our Strong Side During Our Service Period

 We are all Tired up of this Our Internal Fight
We Try to Cope as This is Related to Our Ego
Which We Think is More Than Anything

Never want to Give up This Internal Fight with
Ourselves even at the Cost of Our
Relationship with Our Family and at the End
Cost of Our Health

We Don't Want to Face This Changed Scenario
We Don't want to Give up Our Throne
At any Cost

Life is the Name of Change My Dear
Time Flies and That is the Beauty of Life
Things Change 

Accept that with Grace  --  Every Stage of Our Life
Has it's Own Beauty to Enjoy 

God Knows Better He made This Arrangement
for All of His Creatures

    I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. A lot of customers came in the morning to read the blog with their coffee but almost all of them also came again in the evening as this is Friday. It has become a tradition in our small town that locals come here and read blog before going back to their homes or pub

    I lost the race to post the blog on our corporate notice boards. It was already posted when I got there. Of course, there were a fresh from SDs there with a note that "enjoy these Smile Donuts, courtesy Smile Addict"

      The "Smile Addict" is amazing. I left a box of donuts for him last night as a thank you but it was left at my desk with a note that Smile Addicts dont want anything in return. What an amazing person.

    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees went for our long walk today. As usual, it was a long walk just under 10 mins with a few breaks in between. This walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you have. Afterwards, we had our lollipop.

    The retired social scientist read your blog today. She was surprised and mentioned that you have so strong relationships and are able to help out friends and family. A no. of retirees reminded the retired social scientist that you also help all the readers family as well. The retired social scientist is planning on engaging her former colleagues who are still practicing to understand how you can find the time to do so many different things so effectively

    The cafe manager had a meeting with the ownership. Some of the retired professionals also participated in the meeting. The outcome of the meeting was to have one section of the menu as Smile menu, just like it is Veggie option in the menu. They decided to introduce all your 5 dishes for which you have provided your recipe as snackable items to be available all day. The marketing plans are still to be worked though

    The retirees also felt very humbled by you thanking us. We dont deserve it. It should be YOU that we should be thanking

    Dear Author,

    The students and the professors read your blog at the Smile Garden today. There was a big party as we also got park benches after the Dean spoke to the Chancellor and explained what happened and how your blog is transforming lives. The police was here too however as a respect and acknowledgement to you they did not put their uniform but came in ordinary clothes. It was a very festive atmosphere

    Dean wanted us to write a special thank you to you for your help and your kind words towards him in your blog today.

    Father say you yell father lot today. Father say he yes mind. Father say he very sick but you no ask him. Father say father mind lot. Father say nabor come to talk father about health. Father say he tell him that he need pay . Father say it good idea because he give father 50 DM. Father say he yell Kris (me) lot because he no take father to doctor. Father say he no able find Niklas. Father say he need find him so he can see if he ok. Because you say in you blog that it no good throw water.     Beautiful morning sunny and bright. No more rain. We had already more than enough of it. Grass and flowers, don't need any watering. It is 26 C, hot day.   This is weekend, I have to do my hair color. My friend invited me for afternoon tea. I will go there. It is always good to be with friends and family. We have to accept invitations, to make our day. I think, calls are sort of blessings. Signals from God for us to gather happiness. Life is nearly the same for everyone. It is all up to us, how we take it.  Try to give color to the moments in hand. Sitting idle, doing nothing, won't bring happiness. Try to be active, do something, anything you like to do. Go for walk, to look the scenery around.  Some people like outdoors, some not. They like to be indoors. Find the spot of your choice in your garden / balcony, get book / magazine of your interest, to be happy. Bird watching is beautiful. You feel great, watching them doing things, you get involved.      October 29th 2024 It's a different scenario today. Cloudy morning hazy sky. Sun is hiding under his gray blanket. It is Tuesday so I don't have to go to work. No Darts today at the library. It is a day off for me. I have to make other plans to make my day. Day offs are like clean slates. We have to write our schedule to fill out the columns of the day. When we have to go to work or school, our timings are all set.  We don't have to worry about how to pass our time. We have just a couple of hours left to sort out after coming back from our workplace or school. Weekends and day offs are tricky. We need some homework to fill out our day slots. Try to make it like a combo, a mixed plate to have a taste of everything. Day offs are like blank sheets. We can write, paint, whatever we want to do, to fill out. Every day is like a container with twenty four hours of consignment. It's delivered every morning.  We have to open it and use to finish it up. It all has to be done

      October 22nd 2024 Great morning 18C. It is like summer for Canadians. Couple of more days to enjoy the outdoors.  Beautiful leaves of all colors are everywhere giving a scenic look to the atmosphere to behold and to cherish these moments. Nature is amazing. There is always something for we Humans to make our day. Take some time off from your day today to look around. You will find beauty everywhere. It doesn't matter in which part of the world you live. Don't have to plan for long trips. It is all at your doorsteps. Keep your eyes open and take a break to smell the nature around. You will get the flavor and also inner peace deep down. It will be a rare happiness all on its own. You don't have to make any payments, any investments for that. Just a time alone slot and all the transactions will be done. It works like meditation.
