I am done with my breakfast, now watching TV documentary about Nunavut. It is a province of Canada, very cold over there temperature goes down to 50 below 0 C Nunavut is connected to other provinces only through air and water routes. It was very interesting to watch that they have ice tunnels which they use like deep freezers. It looks like cabin, you open the door then go deep down  nearly 30 ft below. You will find tunnel entrance. Tunnel  has many compartments, allotted to different families. They can use as freezer to put fish, meat or whatever they like to store. They can lock their space to keep it secure. They  mentioned that it is unique spot and tourists attraction, even  Queen Elizabeth visited that, amazing. I

It was really horrible, getting ready to go. I don't work on Thursdays, now walking by Whits Road I can hear birds from tree tops, I think saying Hi  to me. It is very cold, I have to cover my face with my hands in gloves.

To all my dear readers Chick peas are very healthy and available in cans  in stores, ready to use and  easy to prepare. Open chick peas can, rinse thoroughly couple of times using strainer.Take bowl and put the chick peas in it. Add chopped onion, chopped tomato. few drops of lemon juice, pinch of salt and red chili powder add some parsley or green coriander, it will give color. Mix everything, it will be tasty and healthy. Take it like your lunch or snack.

To All My Readers I enter my kitchen with a clean slate, I mean decide  on the spot what to mix and match to get something  tasty, delicious and also healthy. First of all feel no pressure, just relax and with that attitude whatever you cook will be tasty. Egg is very nutritious, healthy and easy to cook. We can make our breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner out of eggs. Just mix and match ingredients of your choice,  and it will become a complete dish. I usually take only egg white, very easy to separate  yolk and egg white. Crack the egg in the middle now  you can use one half of the shell as strainer to keep  the yolk out and take only white in a bowl. In the bowl beat the egg with fork add only pinch of salt If I make omelette of 3 or 4 eggs then I use one egg with full, I mean yolk and white and others only white. Lentils are full of proteins, will be very delicious and easy to cook. Take any split lentil, I have taken orange split ones. Wash three times in a pot, don't use water with full force. Wash slowly and gently, this way it will be easy to handle. Now put some water in that pot. Put the pot on high flame, don't cover the pot. Let it boil for 5 minutes, stir in between. Throw the white foamy stuff out of the pot, using spoon. There has to be enough water left in the pot otherwise you can add some more. Lower the flame to medium. Now in the pot add couple of garlic cloves peeled Chopped onion, chopped fresh tomato Pinch of salt, pinch of red chili powder. Couple of Black pepper. Put some cooking oil I use olive oil - two table spoon.    Cover the pot, lower the flame a bit lower. Leave for 15 minutes, now stir with spoon. Cover the pot and leave for 20 minutes. It is done now. It will be very tasty, you can have it like soup or Have wit
