I am worried about my friend Dean
I will pray for Him

It is Thursday bright sunny day, no snow no rain, temperature
is 6 degrees. That is enough to celebrate. Today our club is 
having Valentine pot luck. I go for everything so I am here.

 It is 11.45 am, I am sitting in my office cubicle. Party will
start at 12 noon, I have time to talk to my Readers Family.
I am busy writing my blog, thinking about joint family living
and about Father.

 I can not believe how any grandfather be so selfish, kicking 
his only grandson out of his house. I become very sad when 
I think about Niklas and Hannah. 

 Niklas, very bright student, loves to play football, Father trying
his best to spoil Niklas career, always asks him to go to pub,
and have beer and smoke.

 Not only that Father gets happiness calling the whole football
team and school kids, gives them beer and smoke, if they make
fun of Niklas. How strange, no one can do that, having any sense.

 I tried my best to help Niklas and Hannah out of this mess, but
nothing working. I always pray for them also ask you people
to pray for them too.

    I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. Today being Friday, there are lot of customers here. I have bought extra biscuits as it has become a tradition in our small town that locals come here and read blog before going back to their homes or pub.

    I lost the race to post the blog on our corporate notice boards. It was already posted when I got there. Of course, there were a fresh from SDs there with a note that "enjoy these Smile Donuts, courtesy Smile Addict"

      I was in early today so was able to post the blog. The box of SDs was there when I came. There was an extra donut for the person posting the blog.

    Dear Madam Smile, You so good. You write good to. Job worker in job 2 come and say how you. I say I angry and I happy. She say what you mean. I say I angry that Dear Kris Father twist. I happy because my Madam care about all reader family, like she write blog for Dear Kris and Dear Kris Father and Dear Niklas and Dear Dean. She say that good but did she write for you. I say no because I no problem . She say you big problem like you work 2 job. I say yes one time she write for me to and tell me that I do 2 proud job.     Dear Advisor,

    The retirees are amazed though not astonished to read that you do not do any research. Some retirees were snickering that the traditional research which essentially calls for retirees to get the first use of everything is way better. They asked for a vote on a resolution to have the retirees decide which way they want to go. The retired corporate executive however gave a very passionate speech. She said that Smile's thinking is light years ahead of current research. She pointed out the works on Child Care, Teenagers', Patient care, nutrition, artistic finesse as well as many other things that you do on a regular basis. As the snickering retirees knew that they were going to lose the vote, they decided to postpone it for a future date. The retired corporate executive asked them to read more about your thinking in the past blogs. Some of your supporters are asking for your advice about how best to proceed

    Dear Author,

    We read the blog at the SRC today as it was a little cold today. There is a little bit of solemn atmosphere at the reading of the blog but it was way more today. This is because of the Dean situation of course. Prof George went over to him and said to him that though the Dean is trying not to create concern for you, but by not sharing, he actually is adding to your worries. The Dean agreed and very reluctantly mentioned that the situation is so serious that the entire normal life can cease to exist. When we asked for more details he said that he does not want to make people nervous but the situation is quite grave and it may be beyond anyone's ability to handle. We asked him is the uni going to close he said no but the changes can be quite significant. He then had to go for another meeting. Prof George went with him. He was not allowed to attend the meeting but said that he will accompany him to the meeting room for moral support. We dont know what to do

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
