 please stay don't resign
I hope you will listen to me.



It is Sunday 5.30 pm, I am sitting in the Pickering Town Centre.
Mall closes at 6 pm on Sunday. My son was going to gym so
I had opportunity to get out. I am enjoying my coffee and
writing my blog.

 It is 4th of February, weather not good very slushy. Today is 
my son's birthday, we usually go to eat out to have our family 
dinner on birthdays. We skipped today as my eldest is not home
he is at university.

 It has to be complete family to enjoy, we are not in a mood
for celebration. We will order Pizza to have it at home, to
make it simple. We will celebrate after when he will be
home, I think in April.

 Right now I am enjoying in the Town Centre and thinking about 
my friend Mother in law. It is not good, calling someone names,
also dragging her parents and teachers in our personal fight.
It is very sad, don't do that please.

 Think about that if the other person will do the same, how we take it.
Try to be considerate and don't cross lines. We elders have to 
command our respect by being polite and kind to young people.
Respect can never be demanded, never my dear.

 Students my dear friends, leave Dean alone for a while. 
Give him space, sometimes we need time alone. He needs that,
so don't you people have to worry about. Give him time.

    Dear Madam Smile, you so good. You write good to Mr. Supervisor come to tell work. He say me how you. I say I anger. He say what hapen. I say my Madam son birthday but he leave my Madam in Town Center and no make birthday treat with her. He say but what wrong, remember he take her to community gathering 1 day back when it lot snow. I say yes but he go there because he lot friend there. I say him but how you know because I no show you blog. He say he need make important phone and go. I do 2 proud job and always read blog

    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees appreciate your blog. The retired and resigned chairperson of the Smile with Smile program was very grateful for your vote of confidence in her abilities. She took her resignation back but also mentioned that at any point in the future, if you are not satisfied with her performance, then you can take ask her to resign. A retired politician joked that it is like your are giving her your resignation letter to present at any time that she likes. She smiled and said yes, she is serving Smile's objectives and if Smile feels that she is not doing her job then Smile can kick her out

    The retired principal and the retired child psychologists have requested additional information about video gaming as well as as other challenges that parents and kids face during teenage years. They are asking for your advice so they can share that with their active colleagues

    Dear Author,

    We read your blog at the SRC today. The Dean was here and he wanted us to write thank you to you. He said that it takes a very big person to have the understanding that you have shown. When we asked him for more information about what he means, he said that you were very thoughtful in suggesting to all that it is important to give space to the other person. When we asked him about your other blog in which you said that Dean will tell me if he trust me, he said that of course I trust Smile but Smile has a lot in her plate. She is solving a lot of things for a lot of people, if everyone keep going to her for every problem then it is not fair to her. He said that he is trying his best to address the issue with the help of some senior professors, including Prof George but if it becomes a more complicated issue then he would have no choice to go to Smile. Prof George was here too and was looking very solemn and serious. We asked the Dean which faculty is coming for the reading but he said that those visits are suspended at this time. We are puzzled. We dont know what to do.

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
