December 24th, tomorrow my Christian Friends will be celebrating  Christmas.  Others must be waiting for the New Year festivities. It is  sunny beautiful cold morning with 11 C below zero. I am off for couple of days, go on Friday for my full time work, to play  Darts  and to do Bowling too. Holiday season already started. Time to enjoy,  to have  get together with family and friends Time to bid farewell to the year 2019. We have to assess the  accomplishments,  we made during the entire year. I don't think, we only  have  to count big things , while making our counts. We have to go through  all the plus points  and just ignore the minus ones.  I went to Chicago, to see my youngest sister. She is in Retirement Home,  was feeling low. I spent couple of days to make her happy. I went to  England,  to see, three of my daughters and their kids. I was able to keep connection alive with my grand kids. They are busy with their work, some in Uni while others

I Wish All My Dear Readers Merry Christmas Happy Holidays          &  Very Happy New Year          2020 It is bright beautiful sunny Friday morning with 5 C below zero. I usually work full time on Fridays but today there is some renovation work is going on in my library so no Darts, no Bowling for me.  I have  my day plan to pass my day. My son is working from home so in the morning, I enjoyed breakfast  with him. After that my youngest daughter called me from Reading,  England.  Her school is closed so she is planning to go to Grimsby, to  her sister's  place  for couple of days. Grimsby is five hours drive from Reading but in England, you can't  predict  the drive time. It all depends on Motorway. Sometimes  you  are  stuck there for hours.  My middle daughter also called me from Grimsby. We use to talk  every  day to connect. She is five hours ahead of our time in Toronto.  Day  is  nearly done for her in England.  It is 11.45, I am ge

It is Wednesday bright beautiful sunny morning with 11 C below zero. I am working full time today. I mean playing Darts and Carpet Bowling in my library. I am just back from my Chicago trip. It is ten hours drive, with couple of stop overs, takes twelve hours from  Pickering, a hectic trip for me,  because of my stiff back. Everything went  well. I was able  to push my sister, to get out from her Retirement Home  premises, to spend  some time with me. My routine is now as usual. I was back on  Monday around 10 at night.  Tuesday, I was busy in my kitchen, had  to unpack my stuff and make calls.  I called my brother, my sister in Chicago and to  my other sister back home. Wednesday, I was working full time but I skipped Bowling as it was tough  for me to bend down. I played Darts and came back after twelve. My eldest  grandson  is here for his three weeks vacation. I made Mushroom Omelette  for him. It is such  a wonderful feeling  to give happiness to the p

It is T hurs day cold windy morning with 7 C below zero, gusts around  55 km. I don't go to my work place. I mean no Darts and no Bowling in my library today. I already have plans for my day. I have to organize my wardrobe. Sort  out  dresses to pack and some to give away. I will take out some lying  down  so long  in my  suitcase.  It looks a big and boring job to me.  I am postponing this since last week. I have to do it now. I will take  everything out, will spread on my bed, it will be easy to sort. I will try  that. It is 11.30, I am done. Now time to get ready for my walk. I know it is cold and windy, I will dress up in layers. No worries, I will  manage.  It is 12.15, I am at Tim Horton. It is full house here. Mostly  students from the nearby High school are here.  I like these young faces, look full of life and with no worries. World is for  them,  is  like a playground, to enjoy and to have good time. I am enjoying   my  coffee, writing my B
