  Friday -- Bright beautiful September morning. It is slightly cold, 11 C but fine to walk around. I am done with my breakfast, enjoying my morning tea, walking around in my backyard, which has now fully transformed into a back garden with green around.  Black Squirrel is back in his gym, busy with his exercises on the wooden fence. I miss my pear tree on the left. But there is always time, "to go" for everyone. We have to learn to "Ring out the old and to ring in the new". We have to learn to adjust in the circumstances, available. To move on, is the key to go forward. What is done, is done. We can not turn the page. Ring in the new, is the only option. To My Dear Friends Parents & Teachers Kris My Dear Friend was saying that He gave 2 Hours lecture to Niklas which was not of any use as Niklas didn't listen Kris has to Yell to make Him listen still not worked out I was not surprised at all by all this This is a very common story of Everybody Home same thing between  Parents and Kids I have read a Book titled   " Listening " it was about 30 Years back but I still remember  Author emphasized Listening as a very important Skill and also that First Job depends 80 % on Listening I agree but how not any emphasis on the Art of how to make anybody to Listen  There is so much focus on the Art of Speech -- Speakers Forum and Courses about how to be a Good Speaker Nothing on how to make Someone to Listen I think the Word " Lecture "  is very repulsive Where the other Party is taken as a Hostage with no option just sitting there with Eyes open Ears...

2011  I was coming back from back home to Canada at the airport terminal while I had to checkout my luggage I was worried it might be overweight A porter was helping me out and I started talking to him about that This is my weakness I mean to talk to people I love to communicate and to initiate conversation  It makes me happy I enjoy that I asked the Porter to please pray for my pleasant Trip and that not be any problem with my luggage His quick reply was that those people who talk with others nicely can not have any problem God always takes care of them and makes things done for them I am sure I will never see him in my life I can not recognize him even if I ever see him Still he is always in the back of my mind Whenever anything good happens to me or any problem is averted  his words get refreshed I think these people are like Rainbow in our life When our Life gets clouded they emerge in our memories to make us feel ...

It was 1993 , Rawanda was everywhere , in the News and   in the people discussion. I joined Oxfam for fundraising and Door to door collection. In addition I was volunteering " Global House " , the settlement services of Immigration department of Canada. There was a lady, day Manager from Jamaica, Some of her friend was asking about her mother , who used to live With her. She told her friend that her Mom went back to Jamaica , she wanted so badly to go back and to be with her Own people, she was feeling lonely. She said people want to adopt the children from Rawanda, The war zone,   my  advice to the people is that, let them be with their own people People in their own culture The children will never be happy , there will be no one to talk. I got confused , what is right and what is wrong  Still I am the same , confused, even in 2016 My TV is on and I am watching the Syrian Refugee News With my fingers crossed.

Don't break a habit  -- dissolve it Find a place, cool and quiet with a book A place to read and reflect on your life It is always rewarding. Try to find a place like your own secret garden. Writing is a wonderful way to access Wisdom and insight. Take some time to write in a journal Or notebook. Focus on small, simple and manageable Steps in your life instead of making things complicated. Experience your journey of life Fully and consciously rather than rushing To achieve a particular result.

Treat people as adults as partners With dignity and respect That's the great advice of business world It's also great advice for Everyday living No one will ever go wrong by Being polite A man's words will always express What has been treasured In his heart Our rewards in life will always be in Exact proportion to the amount of Consideration we show toward others Honesty is still the best policy Kind words cost little but Accomplish much Few things in the world are more powerful Than a positive push A smile, a word of optimism and hope A " You can do it " When things are tough.

Make a commitment to show up and Walk through the doors that life opens up For us on our journey. Be willing to take chances and keep Moving forward without knowing the outcome Develop and tap into the ability to attract What we need by putting and keeping us In the right state of mind. Life is continually tapping us on the shoulder If we just pay attention and do what's before us We're likely to find the right path. Focus more on how we can best Encourage and assist those in need As opposed to getting lost in our own Personal vision and quest for success.

We are powerful, creative beings We determine our future With every thought we think and every word We speak. When we think good thoughts, we feel good We make good choices and draw good Experiences in our lives. Every breath we take and every thought we think Has a direct effect on something or someone. The words we speak and the actions We take all influence our quality of lives. They all produce feelings And our feelings become the currency With which we purchase our life experiences.

Try to learn to trust life by seeing the perfection And opportunity for growth in all your experiences. Our life is like a classroom where we use our experiences As catalysts for change and self realization. Put attention and energy toward solutions Rather than focusing on problems. Happiness has been called The holy gale of human existence Patience and excellence are virtues always  To be admired. Patience pushes you to get extra mile. It is like a shining light in our life Especially in our bad times. Try to be pleasant and tolerant to everyone Refrain from anger and criticism Don't point out other's weaknesses Take time every day for play, humor, relaxation And good company.

Appreciation can make people Change their minds more readily than All the bluster and storming in the world Begin in a friendly way In talking with people, don't begin by discussing The things on which you differ Begin by emphasizing and keep on emphasizing The things on which you agree Keep your opponent, if possible From saying " No " The skillful speakers get at the outset A number of  " Yes " responses This sets the psychological process of the Listeners. Try it.

Your body is your world Try to understand your body It's strength and weaknesses, it will help you To keep your body in tune. Your physical body type has a mental aspect as well Your mind talks to your body and This mind body dialogue results in Hopes, fears, dreams, wishes and as a result leave marks on our body These mental events constantly shape the Physiology of our body Try to mange the mind and body talk And try to be positive.

Never say, " You are wrong " I have found it of enormous value When I can permit myself To understand the other person A drop of honey catches more flies Than a gallon of gall The sun can make you take off your coat More quickly than the wind Friendly approach always pays you off Reading is a wonderful Gift to yourself It can take you to places, you never been We can grow our imagination and our creativity When you are hooked up You will find reading As one of the remarkable things in your lives
