My Trip To Edmonton

Image
It is a mixed sunny cloudy morning. Raining since last night, still drizzling. I am enjoying. My slippers are off, I am walking barefoot, to have a feel of  water, the rain. Amazing moments to cherish. Thanks to God Almighty for keeping me mobile. To do things, I like to do.  It is 8.45, I am going inside, to have my breakfast. My Porridge will be done by now. I put it before. It was on low flame, to make sure not to make a mess, and to clean it off, after. That is not easy, takes time. Anyway porridge is done. Now going to fry egg and make my tea, also for my son.  All set on my eat in dining table. I am having my breakfast, sitting beside patio doors, enjoying the scenic view of my garden. Everything looking great after having morning shower. Red and Yellow flowers adding up beauty of the atmosphere. Purple flowers are smiling in two white Planters, by the side of my Deck. Lawn is lush green, thanks to the rain. My day to travel, is getting closer. Not even a week left. I will be i

It is 8.45, morning, I am just out of my bed. Nowadays I am getting up late. My sleep is good and I am off from my work too. My right leg giving me problems for couple of weeks, may be because of that. It is my age, so why to complain. Things start happening at our age. Just take, whatever is there. Face with patience and grace. What you expect from, around a century old machinery. I am already seventy plus, keep that in mind.  I have to do my five minutes stretches before having my breakfast. I started it again, couple of days back, might help my leg problems. Let's see. It is 9.15, I am done with my breakfast, my oatmeal porridge, stir fried egg and half a cup of orange juice. Enjoying my morning tea, outside at my deck, sitting on my favorite knitted, steel chair., to have a feel of fresh air.  It is hot, bright, sunny day, 24 C, right now, will be 33 C, in the afternoon. Sky is clear blue. Purple flowers looking beautiful, in the two white planters, in front. Red and Yellow s

Dear Readers,   I got comments from you people, last night after more than two months period.    I don't get your comments, so often. may be because of Google issues.  I am sorry that you people have to wait so long for my Blogs.  I am not getting time to write Blogs as regularly as couple of weeks back. My daughter, the middle one, visiting me, after around twenty years. Kids get busy with their own family matters. Busy, sorting issues of their own family. That age is the settling time for kids. We parents have to understand. They have no time to visit their parents. We have to leave them alone. At the time, when kids get married, they need their own time to settle down.  My daughter is not here, at my place, all the time. She is shunting between my place, Pickering and to her in laws place, Belville. Whenever, I get a chance, I try to write my Blogs. I am sorry for not connecting to you, my Friends, so often. She is leaving on Saturday, 27th August. Things will probably be back

Yesterday I was at Service Ontario

It is a mixed sunny cloudy day, 8.30 in the morning, 23 C, will be 33, later in the afternoon. I think, this is the last leg of hot days of our Canadian summer. Our weather channel is predicting couple of rainy days, starting from tonight. Let's see. Sometimes, they are 100 % right. It is weekend, one of my friend invited me and couple of her friends to have lunch together. One of my friend lives close by, she picked me up. We went to Markham, twenty minutes away from our place, Pickering. I don't drive, still it is never an issue for me. By the Grace of God, someone is always there to pick me up, to take me to the places, I want to go. My daughter, the middle one, visiting me from Grimsby, England, is at Belville, for couple of days, to be with her in laws. She will be back on 25th, her flight is on 27th of August. For now, she is posting pictures of her activities, to keep me connected, I am enjoying that.  She also tries to give me calls, whenever, gets a chance. It is bri

Beautiful day, sunny morning, it is 8.15, I am enjoying my back garden, sitting on my Deck. My friend, the White Butterfly whispering to her friends, the White and Purple flowers. I can see smile on their faces. Black Squirrel is busy with his workouts on the wooden fence, at the back of my garden.  A cool Breeze is touching my face. Aroma of scented atmosphere is all around me. Red and Golden yellow flowers look great in the flower bed on the back. For now, I am into it, admiring the stunning beauty of Nature. Amazing, moments to cherish. My daughter, the middle one, visiting Canada, is now at my place. I went  to Belville,  with my eldest grandson, the Lucky Guy, to pick her up, from her in law's place. Nowadays, very busy for me. I am busy gathering memorable moments, to lock up in my "Memory Box", to enjoy after. Last night, I went to Frenchmen's Bay, to enjoy the scenic view of Dusk, watched colors of sunset, together. My son took me there. My daughter captured

Enjoying Watering my Garden

Image
It is hot sunny day, much better than last week. I am enjoying morning tea at my deck. It is 8.45, 20 C, feels like 22. It used to be 38 C,  couple of days back . My daughter visiting from Grimsby, England, was having shower three, four times a day. For her, it was hard to believe that, this is Canada. W e have to switch on fans on top of our Air conditioning, to cool us down.  We heard News, many times from our weather experts, of rain and thunder storm, but it was just sprinkles. That resulted atmosphere more humid and hot. Anyway it is better now, will be cooler day by day as it is nearly mid of August. Couple of more hot days, then it will be over. I enjoyed watering my garden every day. Watering pots and garden, is like meditation. You get a feel of inner peace and contentment. My daughter is here for two more weeks, will be leaving on 27th of August. She is shunting between Pickering and Belville. Two of her  brothers in law, live there. Belville is around two hours from my pla

It is 8.30, hot sunny day. I am done with my breakfast, having tea at my deck, enjoying the morning scenery. White and Violet seasonal flowers are smiling in Brick red planters, lined up by the side of my deck. Red and Yellow flowers are looking great, in the flower bed at the back. O n the left side of my garden, c ouple of birds enjoying their morning walk, also having chit chat with friends.  It is 21 C feeling like 24,  I am enjoying the small bracket of comfort zone for now as it  will be 28 C, feeling like 33, later in the afternoon. We have to avail whatever is there to enjoy, to make our day. What is gone is gone, wont be coming back.  I remember years back, we didn't have even fans in Canada. Forget about air conditioning. Now it is a must, everywhere. I got our first fan in 1993 as summer started to stay for a longer period of time. This all is because of climate change. It is a big issue for years to come. We have to keep that in mind while using plastic bags for our g

First week of August already started. It is Tuesday, the second. Bright, cool, breezy morning, 18 C. I am feeling great, enjoying on my deck.  Brick red planters  lined up by the side, are fully loaded with Deep Orange, Red and Violet flowers. They all are adding up beauty of  my garden.  Pinkish Purple flowers are smiling in two white planters on the back. Small Brown Rabbit sitting quietly. I think, he is also enjoying the scenery. Black Squirrel is having his snacks. He is already done with his exercises. For couple of days, I was, enjoying my daughter's company. She came on Saturday evening. It was a long flight of seven hours from Heathrow to Pearson, from London to Toronto. After landing, passengers were getting down in a batch of fifty, for immigration purpose. It was nice to streamline the process. Took some extra time, for passengers but no mess, no hassle.  I went to airport with my son. I was excited to see my daughter, right away. From airport to our place, Pickering, i
