I am Thankful to You My Dear Readers  It is because of  You People I write My Daily Blogs And get a chance to revive  Lessons of Happiness to refresh Such an important Aspect of My Life Kris My Dear Friend I think Father is the only Grandpa who yells at His Grand Kid as far as I know I remember the whole time I have to save My Grand Kids from their Parents Whenever they are angry with them I try to cover up to dissolve the situation Keep chocolate and sweets  in My secret Drawer  give them small  money as a reward To make them Happy it gives Me Happiness in turn At least I would never let My Grand Kid sit  on the broken Sofa I would rather prefer to fight with My Son for them We Grandparents  have to be their  source of Love Hope and ultimate support  No matter what they have to trust that We are always there for them So they don't have to worry about the petty...

It was 1960 I was dreaming through all my life to be a doctor and in my days seats in medical school not so many specially for girls Just one medical school with 8 seats for girls in total I had no luck so I tried in another one away like from Toronto to Calgary Result was same no luck there too I was coming back via  train on the way was a river my train was crossing the bridge and for the first time in my life I was feeling very devastated I wanted to jump into the river for me it was the end of my dream so end of my life too at least I was thinking like that Then with heavy heart I got my admission in the university to do my Honors in Microbiology After that period so many ups and downs were in my life like in everyone  else's it happens Specially when my healthy husband died of heart attack just like that leaving 5 small children behind at that time I was 34 and l iving in a big rented house in a city ...

It is a beautiful morning I got my Reader's Comments it added my morning's joy I packed my hand trolley as I am going to Grimsby This will be a unique travel experience as for the first time my youngest  daughter will accompany me throughout my journey from London to Grimsby She will be getting some time off  from her daughter's wedding busy schedule will be for couple of days  at Grimsby with me Her daughter the Bride will join  with Groom to pick her Mom up  from Grimsby we will have some great family time  the time never in my life I had before we have to focus on our present time and enjoy whatever we have Every moment we have is worth to celebrate we loose the moment and time doesn't come back on Every Birthday we loose one whole year from our Life Try to celebrate each and every moment so that in our really old age God forbid if we have nowhere to go we can open our Big Memory Box to enjoy ...

Sandhurst  London Yesterday was my Grand Daughters's wedding at Radisson Hotel near Heathrow Airport Beautiful arrangement in white theme all flowery decorations Guest in beautiful costumes My daughter was happy but stressed out Today is an in house Dinner   a family event  Marquee is set up in my daughter's back garden with lights and decoration She is busy in arrangements I have my own company to enjoy sitting in the back Garden at my favorite place to enjoy the whole view Garden is surrounded by 10 ft high Hedges couple of trees are there one is very tall 20 ft high the other is 18 ft two trees look 15 ft to me very quiet atmosphere a s olo bird is flying two butterfly one white the other is yellow squirrel having brunch at one end of the garden is a cat house one black cat is out having a walk the other white one is inside taking a nap Cat house is temperature controlled very cozy with their beds and toys to p...

Reading  England I am in Reading in the morning my Daughter knocked at my bedroom door and let me know that I can come downstairs for Breakfast  I started my day with a Smile She knew what I take my porridge was ready fry egg toasted slice and a hot cup of tea She was sitting beside me  with her beautiful smile more than enough to enjoy my morning after that she was busy with her daughter's wedding arrangements to be held in two days I am enjoying her beautiful backyard garden walking barefoot on the grass enjoying the flower beds and her small kitchen garden a very small portion with herbs she loves gardening she did all by herself from seeds Weather is beautiful after yesterday rain it is very quiet I am on my own like totally cut off from the outer world it is as if I am on an island and have to do my own things I am sitting in the garden and talking to You Guys  which I enjoy all the times Thanks to Dear God ...

Grimsby England 27 July 2016 My father was a very learned man very intelligent with lot of caliber but he was lacking interpersonal  and social   skills When I analyze his life it was a total Mess his marital life was the same He never had good relation with my Mom I think they were bound to live together because of their children because of all this he was a lonely man who never trusted anyone all this made him very bitter Which I think not his fault as he never been able to achieve out of his  High Grade education He had no friends may be because of his complexes as his colleagues were shining with high post He was frustrated so also bitter to his family He knew all this so adding up his bitterness I think on Death Bed too he must be thinking that nobody will be sad  when he would be gone which was not true I loved him with all of his shortcomings with his very limited resources he provided high education to...

Grimsby  England 26 July 2016 Today My daughter invited couple of families at her place she was d iscussing menu with me we were busy doing groceries together from T esco and meat shop I was helping her in the kitchen for dinner preparation Her husband is a doctor Grimsby is a small town only one hospital so close knit doctors community families know each other their kids about the same age group party started at around 8.30 pm and they left around 11.30 pm two of the families came from Scanthorpe it is a bigger town 40 minutes away from Grimsby closer to London  from there London is 3 hours Everyone was feeling at home  and having good time 10 year boy of one of the families was autistic my daughter too has one autistic girl couple of years back when my daughter was living in London she has nowhere to go totally stuck with her autistic girl whole time it became so terrible that she had no choice but to leave her in "...

Grimsby  England 22 July 2016 Today I am staying with my 6th grade Grandson My daughter went to Brimengham for her daughter Graduation ceremony at Warwick University I will make my Day memorable to keep it in my Memory Box Playing Monopoly with my Grandson Watching movie " Strangled " with him like such things Keep in mind time flies  couple of years after he wont enjoy my company I wont be needed anymore Enjoy the Moment Every Moment is precious as it wont come back will be gone forever Weather is  good 18 c° with light rain I am sitting in the kitchen  keeping the door open to have a view of the backyard garden The flowers the plants and green grass Everything so beautiful Thank God for making me able to enjoy all of your beautiful Creations You are Great I am so happy to feel that You are always there for me No matter what Please God keep looking after me Thanks

Grimbsy England 19 July 2016 It is 30 plus today afterwards 38 very hot I don't know if I can use my winter coat during my Trip I was ready at 8.30 am to drop my Grandson at New Waltham Academy My daughter gave me surprise English Breakfast at " Decks " It is is a Restaurant next to Tesco We enjoyed had photo to cherish our Memorable Moments At 3.30 I picked him up from school went for his Haircut next to Asda 8 minutes drive from school Asda is like Walmart store of America and Canada In the morning I enjoy my barefoot walk on the grass of the small backyard garden Yesterday evening it was dark and cloudy for awhile so many birds were flying covering the whole sky I started thinking about the Alfred Hitchkock Movie " Birds " It was really Amazing

Grimsby  England 18 July 2016 It is very hot 35 today My daughter got her new house not so big but I liked it very cozy Specially the Kitchen and Back garden with small fish pond Automatic multi color solar lights BBQ corner very well planned garden I keep in mind to be part of my Grand kids activities go to drop and pick them from school while visiting to make my time memorable  so went at 8.30 with my daughter to drop my 6 Grade grand son and also at 3.30 to pick up time flies and couple of years after they wont need you anymore and you will lose these precious Moments forever I love cooking  I believe Life happens at your Kitchen counter I made fried chicken with onion and fresh tomato also f ried zucchini  for Dinner My daughters know I Love cooking so they let me do it I feel good in giving them some time off Joy and Happiness are contagious what goes around comes around

London 16 July 2016 In London it is 26 so no jacket today My daughter from Grimsby is here to pick me up It is amazing when your children give you time Today is special day as I am having t wo of my daughters with me at the Breakfast table I was enjoying my toast omlete My daughter had to go for groceries from Iceland at Ansin Road 15 minutes drive from Thornton Heath I had a chance to get out which I always try to avail My daughter from Grimsby has her 22 years special Autistic daughter living in Home in London She picked her up with Carer to spend a Day before going back on Sunday I had a chance to see my Beautiful grand daughter Everything is so symbolic  for us to make us think how grateful we should be for all the things we have from God All our abilities we take as granted as our right to have when we have a chance to come across  such people we realize how fortunate are we the importance of each and every part of...

Walking my usual path I was in my thoughts while saw a small Bird singing and jumping on branches full of green white Butterfly dancing the white, yellow and purple flowers were giving all the colors  to the scenic atmosphere I was fully enjoying my walk switched the button of my thoughts from something else which now doesn't matter to me anymore I was now with only one thought that " I am Rich " with all this Unlimited Treasure around me this is such a wonderful gift from God Almighty to us We can encounter anything in our life all the Ups and Downs can easily be tackled with all this we have I am rich We all are  No matter what Ready to deal with our life Whatever comes in my journey of life I am not worried Thank you God

Our Bad days are our great teacher they give us pain and stress we pass through our difficult time we experience an internal fight for a while it looks we are trapped in a tunnel  and going in circles everything at stake with no solution we loose our temper, patience and have sleepless nights Everything is same the people around us, the beautiful Nature, birds singing , Sun shining Wind playing the Musical Orchestra In our bad and difficult days we shift our focus from happiness to sadness from pleasure to stress and pain we loose interest in everything our focus is totally changed We struggle  and get frustrated to solve things for ourselves it takes time and the process is very painful , needs lots of patience but results in lasting peace of mind and ultimate happiness Don't get scared of your bad days they are our Great Teacher we have to value our bad days we learn and gain so much out of that life is a...

Past is done Future is unknown Present is everything for Everyone you can make it or break it choices are yours my dear We have 24 hours in every brand new day with all the Resources of Nature and  the power of our body enjoy and avail whatever we have today we don't know will this be available to us tomorrow  We should give value to each of our Blessings our health, our body, our power to walk, to talk and hear each and every power is so precious we don't consider it as our treasure until God forbid one of these is gone or taken away from us take full advantage try to use every power of  your body to make your day brighter enjoy whatever you have don't wait for tomorrow don't regret your past Done is done you can not turn the page Today is everything we have Be happy and take care of your Today forget everything else 

Next month I am leaving for  London England Three of my daughters live there one of my friend was saying to me  have a good time enjoy your daughter's company over there I started thinking will I be able to have their company  They are married and working with work, husband and kids  I wonder if anytime will be left for me to share Moms are always in waiting area  just like my Mom I had no time to spend with her I was busy with my work with my family My Mom was there with no complaints no demands I never realized that in my whole life until she was gone  now I can think of her only in my memories Mothers are mothers they can wait always in waiting area waiting for us and we never have time to share and to give company

I love people even if I am not connected I have a feel for the buzzing crowd I feel good walking on the road the traffic passing by give me a feel that I am not alone  people are around me nobody wants to be alone at least not me  I am a people person I can spend my whole day in a mall small crowded places are my favorites rather than big and deserted ones faces of all kinds make me happy voices to me like music you don't have to listen what are they talking and stare their faces you can feel the whole atmosphere you will forget all your problems  all of your worries your world will be at standstill for a while It will be like a meditation for your body and soul you will be in the moment feeling free from everything those moments are precious  go for it I do that and highly recommend you as a friend

We don't have to make Big plans to buy our Happiness to get away from the pressure of  the existing circumstances in our life You don't have to travel Around the World don't have to spend lots of money to cash your moments of happiness That Happiness which costs lots of money is not  lasting and not good enough take small steps to pile up your Happy Moments I take a walk watching the Beauty of Nature and enjoy the Eternal moments think about God the Almighty who is the Creator of all this beauty around us enough to draw curtains on all of  our worries and so called of our day today problems  immersed in the present moment I don't give a damn care to  my worries and about anything else I am ready to face the Day

I go to my favorite spot Tim Horton 20 minutes walk from my place I call it " Coffee House " Back home there used to be a very famous coffee house " Cafe George " In my university days sometimes I used to go there It was famous for renowned writers Meeting point Cafe George Patties used to be very tasty with green chutney yogurt I still can feel its taste I with my friend used to pool money to buy that and then split the patty after I never had enough money Moments are Everything  Happiness can not be bought or counted It touches your heart and then remain there forever You can dig in to have a feel for that I had been to number of parties  and festivals in my life time still even after 50 years I can not forget those moments of Happiness I have gone through so much ups and downs in so many years of my life But real Happiness is like an untouched Beauty like a Tr easure Like a Burning Flame  The moments o...

London England June  2015  I was in London  visiting my daughter, she lives in Croydon I take Bus # 109 from Thornton Heath Pond 7 to 8 minutes walk from her place I sit on the upper deck and take the front seat and feel the same experience as of a Tour Bus I go mostly in off peak time ie after 9.30 am at that time # 1 09 Bus takes 35 minutes to reach its final destination  Brixton station from where all the tube and buses are accessible and you can go anywhere you want London has a very good Transit system and very costly too I go there every year to see my daughter and grand kids Couple of years back Bus day pass used to be 2.50 pound every year it goes up and in the year 2015 it was 9.50 pound My daughter used to give me Oyster card it is another Transit card where you put the money and can go like p ay as you go card With Oyster  card I was thinking I will go broke  Every time I used to put 5 pounds ...

Try to manage your time It is easy to say but difficult to apply as it involves changing habits Plan your Day A successful life is nothing more than A string of successful days There use to be other plans like Business plan, game plan,  building plan, lesson plan  --- and so on So why not a day plan It doesn't take much time but it works Some call it " things to do " list It is like daily goal setting Problems call for our courage And our wisdom The process of confronting  and solving problems is a Painful one It makes life difficult but We have to keep in mind that It is only because of problems We grow mentally and spiritually Problems are cutting edge that distinguishes between success and failure When we desire to encourage the growth of our spirit We challenge and encourage our capacity to solve problems Just like in our school days It is through the pain of  confronting and Resolving problems that we learn "...
