Breakfast Table

In London it is 26 so no jacket today
My daughter from Grimsby
is here to pick me up
It is amazing when your children
give you time
Today is special day as I am having
two of my daughters with me
at the Breakfast table
I was enjoying my toast omlete

My daughter had to go for
groceries from Iceland at Ansin Road
15 minutes drive from Thornton Heath
I had a chance to get out
which I always try to avail

My daughter from Grimsby has her
22 years special Autistic daughter
living in Home in London
She picked her up with Carer
to spend a Day before going
back on Sunday

I had a chance to see my
Beautiful grand daughter

Everything is so symbolic 
for us to make us think
how grateful we should be
for all the things we have from God

All our abilities we take as granted
as our right to have
when we have a chance to come across 
such people
we realize how fortunate are we
the importance of each and every
part of our body
also all of our senses
We are blessed Thank You God

    Having breakfast with your daughters and grandkids is priceless.

    BTW, one of my friend's son is autistic and they have a very tough time with them. I can appreciate

The reason I am asking you specially for today is that Smile is writing these blogs even though she is having a quality family time. The least we readers can do is to read.   January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
