Happiness ?

My daughter has to go to
Freshney Place for her daughter's
Graduation final shopping
I am 5 minutes away at Grimsby
Train station at my favorite place
sitting on the shining steel bench

I start thinking about Happiness
I am spending time with my daughter
is happiness means 
spending time with friend and family

I am sitting alone here feeling Happy
Happiness means satisfaction
and peace ?

I woke up in the morning and have a
walk in the backyard garden
feel happy

I think happiness is inside our heart
like a seed flourish with positive thinking
and sunshine of smile
like solar system takes energy
from positive attitude

May be an especial gift from God
after coping our difficult times
in the journey of Life
God gives us as a reward

May be like a Candle to keep
our heart Bright
One time I came through a
Research Publication
it's theory was
We have some charge emitting
through our extremities
which repel or attract other people
I think it does

In the morning  when I switch on
my computer
check my Readers Comments and
count Hits on my Blog
same at night
It all gives me Real Happiness
I get confused

What is Happiness ?
how it travels
may be through Rays via air current
penetrates our Mind 
our body and goes to final
Destination in our Heart

where we always have
some part of God sacred power
All this is Happiness

Whatever touches our heart 
to lighten it up is
Happiness
Whatever takes its light away
is sadness
but we are only talking about happiness
So please keep smiling
Now I got it
Happiness is something related to heart

    Beautiful morning sunny and bright. No more rain. We had already more than enough of it. Grass and flowers, don't need any watering. It is 26 C, hot day.   This is weekend, I have to do my hair color. My friend invited me for afternoon tea. I will go there. It is always good to be with friends and family. We have to accept invitations, to make our day. I think, calls are sort of blessings. Signals from God for us to gather happiness. Life is nearly the same for everyone. It is all up to us, how we take it.  Try to give color to the moments in hand. Sitting idle, doing nothing, won't bring happiness. Try to be active, do something, anything you like to do. Go for walk, to look the scenery around.  Some people like outdoors, some not. They like to be indoors. Find the spot of your choice in your garden / balcony, get book / magazine of your interest, to be happy. Bird watching is beautiful. You feel great, watching them doing things, you get involved. Nature is great

     October 29th 2024 It's a different scenario today. Cloudy morning hazy sky. Sun is hiding under his gray blanket. It is Tuesday so I don't have to go to work. No Darts today at the library. It is a day off for me. I have to make other plans to make my day. Day offs are like clean slates. We have to write our schedule to fill out the columns of the day. When we have to go to work or school, our timings are all set.  We don't have to worry about how to pass our time. We have just a couple of hours left to sort out after coming back from our workplace or school. Weekends and day offs are tricky. We need some homework to fill out our day slots. Try to make it like a combo, a mixed plate to have a taste of everything. Day offs are like blank sheets. We can write, paint, whatever we want to do, to fill out. Every day is like a container with twenty four hours of consignment. It's delivered every morning.  We have to open it and use to finish it up. It all has to be done

      October 22nd 2024 Great morning 18C. It is like summer for Canadians. Couple of more days to enjoy the outdoors.  Beautiful leaves of all colors are everywhere giving a scenic look to the atmosphere to behold and to cherish these moments. Nature is amazing. There is always something for we Humans to make our day. Take some time off from your day today to look around. You will find beauty everywhere. It doesn't matter in which part of the world you live. Don't have to plan for long trips. It is all at your doorsteps. Keep your eyes open and take a break to smell the nature around. You will get the flavor and also inner peace deep down. It will be a rare happiness all on its own. You don't have to make any payments, any investments for that. Just a time alone slot and all the transactions will be done. It works like meditation.
