Doors to Happiness
When you live with family
it needs all of your patience
so please don't be hard on yourself
be supportive to yourself
schedule your day
keeping in mind you need some
relaxation and enjoyment
also share some time with your family
to keep the connection alive
time slot for sharing with family
is always be in coordination
with the space given to you and
the patience level of your family
at that time
You have to check and be alert for
their tolerance level and give signal
to yourself to exit the stage with dignity
to keep your re - entry door open
Don't be pushy don't burn the bridges
try to spend time with yourself
enjoy your own company
find your hobbies whatever you enjoy
Go for window shopping, reading
sitting in your garden / balcony
watching and enjoying Nature
talk at least 3 people during the day
make phone calls to someone
Try to communicate
communication always opens door to
Happiness
