Thought Of The Day

  Bright beautiful morning. It is 9.30, I am just done with my breakfast. I use to enjoy my morning tea in my renovated backyard. I don't want to miss the beautiful moments of it's transformation. The stages, the step by step changes, happening to it, to be emerged, one day into my back garden. Sitting in my backyard, on my newly built deck, watching all this, gives me power to strengthen my belief that patience is virtue. Never give up, just relax and wait for things, to emerge in the due course of time. Don't panic. Don't lose hope. Hope is everything to keep you motivated. Patience and hope, are key, the great weapons to fight against negative thoughts. These are best tools to rectify and eradicate our low feeling and self pity. Great help to manage our life, to direct our lives into the right direction.  Try to distract yourselves from something, which needs time to be resolved.   Friday -- Beautiful bright sunny morning 17 C, will be 29 later in the afternoon. It is 9.30, I am busy in my kitchen with my breakfast preparation. I am a bit late today, to start my day. Nothing wrong with my sleep. It is my back, giving me problems again. I had to do my stretch exercises on my bedroom carpet. I do that every morning but couple of more minutes today for my back. Anyway, I am now all set to start my day. Just bring it on. My breakfast done. I am enjoying my tea, sitting in my room with my computer, talking to my daughters. It is a group call. All my three daughters joined. My youngest one started and others joined.  We have to realize,  it is always the first call, the first step, which matters the most. Think twice before taking your steps. We have to be aware of the direction. Our steps can lead us to anywhere.  Before starting  things, have to be aware of the outcome and results.   Saturday -- Beautiful sunny morning 19 C will be 33 later in the afternoon. It is 9.15, I have the whole day to do things, whatever I want. Mornings are like clean slate. We are at liberty to write anything on, paint any picture, to beautify our day.  I am done with my breakfast, enjoying morning tea, sitting in my TV lounge. Sports Channel is on. My son watching Highlights of some Hockey game. Toronto Maple Leaf team is out but Playoff season is on. I am watching that and also enjoying the beautiful view of my back garden.  My youngest daughter just called from Reading. She loves gardening, showing me her beautiful flowers of orange, yellow, purple white and of so many other colors. She was proudly showing her kitchen garden plants.   Friday -- Beautiful sunny hot morning 23 C, will be 33 later in the evening. These are couple of  hot days for we Canadians. To enjoy our short summer period, to get out, to go to lakes. August is running out, September is just around the corner. We have to make use of our time in hand. We are aware of that. We are doing whatever we can. Hitting the roads and visiting the lakeside like rituals.   It is 9.15, I am done with my five minutes exercises. My computer is on for me, to browse the favorite sites. My Blog site is the first one, to check the number of hits. These hits are very important, denote each of my Reader. Comments on my Blog are like cherry on top, like direct lines, to connect with my Readers Family.   Thursday -- Bright beautiful sunny morning 24 C, will be 34 later in the afternoon. Another hot day. It is 7.45, I am out of bed. First thing I do is, to switch on my computer. Browse to have a quick look to check what is going on there for me to deal after. I mean, how many messages are there, what is the weather, what are the News Headlines. I don't go through everything, just browse to get an outline of the things around.  Next thing is my five minutes stretch exercises on my bed room carpet. This is to unwind my body, to wake it up, to move on and to cooperate with my day onward. Your body listens but you have to take the first step. We have to move forward to show that we care.  I think if we take the first step to go ahead to show our goodwill gesture, things always go smooth. No issues.   Tuesday -- Bright beautiful hot morning 29 C, will be 34 later in the afternoon. It is 9.15, I am in my room, done with my breakfast, enjoying my morning tea. My computer is on, Facebook page is opened, all messages are in front, at my disposal, to pick and choose. It is tough to categorize, to place in order, to decide, which message to read first. I know nobody watching.  They wont know who is going to be the first and who will be the last. Still I feel embarrassed, guilty. Not easy to make any decision. It is like, I am secretly marking their worksheets, without their knowledge. I think what we feel inside, is the only thing, which matters. We can cover up for others, but not for our own self.   Monday -- Beautiful bright hot morning 21 C, will be 39 later in the afternoon. Today slightly better,  it was 42  yesterday. It is fine. We Canadians know these are just couple of more hot days in August.  From September will be a total different scenario. We have to start to sort out our coat closet, to figure out which jacket, we have to wear. For now w e are enjoying our time down the lake. It is 8.30, I was up early in the morning.   Saturday -- Beautiful sunny morning 20 C, will be 30 later. It is 9.30, I am done with my breakfast enjoying my morning tea, sitting in my room. My computer is on. Curtains of my windows are drawn down, still left a slit opened to connect and be part of the world outside. My front garden looking great, it is beautiful view to behold, to cherish. I am browsing Facebook messages. Got message from my youngest daughter, it was burning hot in England. 36 C at her place, Reading. She was busy with gardening. She loves gardening, her favorite hobby. When you re into it, you enjoy, you don't care about weather or anything else. My other daughter, the middle one called. It was 30 C at Grimsby. She was all set, packed to leave  early morning,  with her family for Glasgow. She is sending pictures from there to share with me. They have taken for about an hour of stop over at Scotch Corner. Happy Easter to All My Dear Readers It is Tuesday bright beautiful sunny morning with 2 C feels like 3 C below zero.  Rain is on the way, we know April shower May flowers. It goes like that,  so no problem with that, except that our Basements, most likely get flooded. This is very common problem here, in Canada. But nothing is total plus my Dear. If you enjoy rain, you have to pay the price, it is OK. It is Tuesday, I am not working today. I don't work on  Tuesdays.  Today is my six monthly eye check up for Cataract. Doctor will decide about my left eye. It is yet to be operated. My right one is done years back in 2012. When doctor gives me a clean slate, I feel like, promoted to the next grade with flying colors. Who wants surgery, I think no one, not me. It is 11 am, I am at doctor's office, waiting for my turn, feels like sitting in  the examination hall. I hope, I will get through, will make it this time too. We always have to...

It is Sunday morning, bright sunny, but my Dear, wind storm is on it's way  with gusts 120 km, will be with rain and snow too. there is wind warning  and we are asked  to keep our candles ready. It is Wednesday very cold morning with 31 C below zero. It is 9.15, I am  sitting in the Billiard room in the library, writing my Blog also having the  view through the big glass window. Parking lot is very icy, just like my  driveway. This like called black ice, very tricky to walk.  I had my hip surgery years back so three nails are stuck on my left side. We at our age, have to be extra careful while walking around in such a  situation.  On Monday evening, it was worse. There was 26 cm of snow,  our city had one  day in decade. Tuesday morning, all cars looked embedded under heaps of snow. It was  windy too, gusts 54 km. Trees displaying mixed scenario. I mean some  of the  skeleton trees with white silvery decorations, looked ready for Christmas  Festivities,  while others were stand still like in wait  and see situation. It is Wednesday hazy cloudy morning 6 C below zero, feels  like 17 C  below zero. It just started snowing I see white dust  all around.  The glass  top  of my patio table in the backyard,  is covered with  white thin crust.  It looks like I have lots of silver on my front garden.  It is 9.15, I am in  the library, working in my office cubicle.
