Yesterday was my Grand Daughters's wedding
at Radisson Hotel near Heathrow Airport

Beautiful arrangement in white theme
all flowery decorations
Guest in beautiful costumes
My daughter was happy but stressed out

Today is an in house Dinner  
a family event 
Marquee is set up in my daughter's
back garden with lights and decoration
She is busy in arrangements

I have my own company to enjoy
sitting in the back Garden at my favorite place
to enjoy the whole view
Garden is surrounded by 10 ft high Hedges
couple of trees are there one is very tall
20 ft high the other is 18 ft two trees look 15 ft to me

very quiet atmosphere a solo bird is flying
two butterfly one white the other is yellow
squirrel having brunch
at one end of the garden is a cat house
one black cat is out having a walk
the other white one is inside taking a nap

Cat house is temperature controlled
very cozy with their beds and toys
to play around
my daughter never liked cats but she
trained them so well that now they are
around her and listen to her she enjoys
their company

At my Daughter's place there is a
small Bird House two beautiful Bugis
one is white with bluish steel grey  
streaks on neck and tail
the other one is yellow with grayish streak 
on neck and tail

very quiet atmosphere 
nowadays Life is so busy that such moments 
are meditating
I love such places to take Refuge
My daughter making tea for me and
I am enjoying the whole scenery

Bugis start chatting in their low voice
looks like a singing presentation
to give a festive color
If we value the time and start thinking that
it wont be forever will fly away
Every moment will be a Treasure to us

Past is done Tomorrow we don't know
Today is everything
Enjoy the Moment we have

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer. Computer is sort of Blessing for me. I don't know how my Mom used to pass her time without phone and computer. How come she

  June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
