Celebrate Your Company
I posted my Blog in the morning
I was still lying down in my bed
while two lines clicked my Mind
Those two lines were
Enjoy the Days of Life
You have in Hand
it made my Day
I had my breakfast of hot oatmeal cereal
fried egg with orange juice
had shower and ready to roll on
London streets
Top up my Oyster for 10 pounds
now on Bus # 250 to Brixton station
from there on Bus # 3 passing through
Thames -- Parliaments Square
Big Ben and Trafalgar
today not so hot after 3 days of
Heat wave
I am sitting at Trafalgar square nearby
pigeons are roaming around
an artist drawing sketches with
colorful chalks
people are taking pictures
such a colorful atmosphere
Just across Trafalgar is
National Gallery of Arts
I am enjoying the beautiful
Magnificent Paintings
Now I am in my favorite
Garfunkel Restaurant
having fish and chips cost 12.50 pounds
and apple crumble with vanilla ice cream
cost me 5.95 pounds
I am celebrating my company
believe me it was my Day
Smile, You are so great for remembering your new readers, eventhough we have just joined your readers family. Sorry it made me sad I could not comment on your post yesterday, I was not near a computer and believe me, my day felt strange as if something was missing. Your post today is personal and I can relate to it, I never thought of days as numbered, I only thought of how to survive another day. Thank you for changing my opinion.

Dear Smile,
ReplyDeleteI love how your blog posts always have a lesson buried in there. We should all make time for ourselves, even I forget this as a busy mother. You are such inspiration, you do everything alone but you are not lonely, and I think that is so important. I wish I knew more people like you in my life.

vous dites que vous me avez manqué mais je vous avez manqué tellement plus! Merci de me donner un refuge, une pause de la vie.
ReplyDeletemonsieur @mrizvi, vous avez pas le droit d'être une partie de nos lecteurs famille!!
Smile,
ReplyDeleteI am selfish for this request, you seem as if you are so busy travelling here and there, seeing family, but I can't help want to read more of your work. Tell me you will write a book someday, about your past and present travels.

Dear Madam Smile, you give us so many ideas to go through our life. I told some of my co-workers in my first job and they could not believe it. Thank you
ReplyDelete@mrizvi: Please don't be offended but you should read.
It is a good thing that I came across your blog. It gives me a lot of inspiration. It also is somewhat humbling for me because though I have tried it, I cannot do all these things on my own. I wish I have your energy and mental strength
ReplyDelete@mrizvi: you don't know what you are missing. Please read

My Smile is awesome. She takes the time to write for her readers' family every day. Not just that, she acknowledges each and every one of them, including mrizvi
ReplyDelete@ Batman: I think Smile's only son may have left because of work. I agree with you though, that it would have been better for him to stay with our Smile so he could enjoy more
