Respect Other's Sentiments
It is Friday with snow everywhere, lot more to come. It will be
for whole weekend, I mean till Sunday. It is sort of snow storm,
temperature 17 below 0 C . We are Canadians, don't you people
worry, we can handle. Just bring it on.
I am working full time today, it is 9.15 I am sitting in the
billiard room. Library will be opened after 15 minutes, I will
then go to my office cubicle, for now I am writing my blog.
I am thinking about my dear Smile Army friends. My friends
we always have to respect other people's sentiments. We have
to avoid to give them dictations, about what to do and
what not to.
If they want to do blog reading in Smile Garden, they have to do
that. Whatever they choose, has to be respected. Decision always
prevails, what majority decides.
Please never let anyone feel that you are taking position. This
works for everyone at any stage of our life, at our work, home
and also with friends. In other case, people feel that we are
trying to be bossy.
I hope you people understand my point. Please always keep
in mind that I love you people very much and we are family.
It is 9.30 I am going to my office cubicle. I will be here whole day
as after darts I stay for carpet bowling, go back home at 3 pm.
Master Golden comes at 3 pm, he will be there to give me
company. Thank you God for looking after me all the time.

ReplyDeleteI have posted the blog in Smile Corner. This is market day but customers are coming to my shop in waves. They come here to read the blog first before going to the market. We have lots of people from out of town who come to read blog and then do shopping.

ReplyDeleteThe retirees were very appreciative of your blog today. We also were pleased to read that you did not go for your walk in sub freezing temperature as it is a safety issue. The retired chef got feedback about the Smile recipes that he has been sharing with the 5 star properties. All the properties reported a huge increase in demand. In one case, the 5 star properties have started doing a take out as the customers are demanding that. When the cafe manager asked if this is a big deal, because in the cafe, take out is the norm, the retired chef replied that this is a big no no in any 5 star property. He said that mockingly as if to indicate that how come you dont know this basic thing. When the retired corporate executive saw that she asked the retired chef to apologize as your entire blog was about respecting others. The retired chef immediately apologized and asked the cafe manager and you for forgiveness.

ReplyDeleteWe read your blog at the Smile Garden today. The Smile Army volunteers prepared a few dishes for us from your past recipes. We started with Lentil soup, and then had ground beef with spinach, and yogurt smoothy to go with that. There was also stir fry fish and sweet potato desert. They also apologized to us for their behaviour after the lavish meal. Of course we immediately forgave them and also hugged them to show that we have no hard feelings. Afterwards we all said "hip hip hooray" for you. The Dean was here and was looking more concerned than before. We heard Prof George asking him to share the issue with you before it is too late but he said that you are solving so many problems and we need to be considerate of your time and energy. We are all concerned about Dean as he is very well liked here. If you an please write something for him
