It is night time 7 pm I am going
with my son to drop my eldest
Grand kid to Hockey Arena 
he has to go for a Coaches meeting
to reshuffle the teams as season
has started

I can see the confidence the hidden
sense of glory and accomplishment
he is 17 and I think he is taking this
as one of his big achievement to be
a Coach

Our joy and happiness everything
is relative and changes
at every step of our Life we feel
something very important but at our
later stage of Life not looks so

Something we push so hard to get
at any cost looses it's value after
a while it doesn't mean anything
and we get surprised of ourselves
that why we were after this

Life is a change every step every
moment we see different targets
to achieve we see change in our
interest in our goals

When we are kid our focus is
winning every game every sport
then our studies after that our career
and at later stage our objectives
are divided between self and 
our family

When we are retired everything
gone our Family our Career
we are sitting by the Empty Nest
thinking about our achievements
of our life which is all past

We want to talk about that to feel
good but no one ready to listen
we start feeling low with our
weak bodies and our low self esteem

Our parents and kids all gone
leaving us alone with our golden Past
we have to find hobbies and start
sharing with our Communities
the people around us 

Everyone is in the same boat we
all need sharing open up to share
especially in the last leg of our life
we have to find our hobbies and trust
in God this is our shelter our refuge
keep us away from complaining
and always bring joy and happiness

    I won the race to post the blog today. Yay. I came early to do so. Was able to beat Hannah and Sue by 2 mins. They were right behind me

      I am chairing this week's Toastmasters and to be honest, I am ok to use any of the blogs that Smile has written for Toastmasters. They all have been high quality blogs. Kim and I will go through the blogs to shortlist them. I have asked Kim to help out with this as she won the Smile addict title last time

    I read the blog multiple times today and to be honest it is beyond my depth. I am not giving up though and will keep going at it until I have a better understanding. Smile is pretty cool. So many different aspects to her personality.

    Beautiful morning sunny and bright. No more rain. We had already more than enough of it. Grass and flowers, don't need any watering. It is 26 C, hot day.   This is weekend, I have to do my hair color. My friend invited me for afternoon tea. I will go there. It is always good to be with friends and family. We have to accept invitations, to make our day. I think, calls are sort of blessings. Signals from God for us to gather happiness. Life is nearly the same for everyone. It is all up to us, how we take it.  Try to give color to the moments in hand. Sitting idle, doing nothing, won't bring happiness. Try to be active, do something, anything you like to do. Go for walk, to look the scenery around.  Some people like outdoors, some not. They like to be indoors.      October 29th 2024 It's a different scenario today. Cloudy morning hazy sky. Sun is hiding under his gray blanket. It is Tuesday so I don't have to go to work. No Darts today at the library. It is a day off for me. I have to make other plans to make my day. Day offs are like clean slates. We have to write our schedule to fill out the columns of the day. When we have to go to work or school, our timings are all set.  We don't have to worry about how to pass our time. We have just a couple of hours left to sort out after coming back from our workplace or school. Weekends and day offs are tricky. We need some homework to fill out our day slots. Try to make it like a combo, a mixed plate to have a taste of everything. Day offs are like blank sheets. We can write, paint, whatever we want to do, to fill out. Every day is like a container with twenty four hours of consignment. It's delivered every morning.  We have to open it and use to finish it up. It all has to be done

      October 22nd 2024 Great morning 18C. It is like summer for Canadians. Couple of more days to enjoy the outdoors.  Beautiful leaves of all colors are everywhere giving a scenic look to the atmosphere to behold and to cherish these moments. Nature is amazing. There is always something for we Humans to make our day. Take some time off from your day today to look around. You will find beauty everywhere. It doesn't matter in which part of the world you live. Don't have to plan for long trips. It is all at your doorsteps. Keep your eyes open and take a break to smell the nature around. You will get the flavor and also inner peace deep down. It will be a rare happiness all on its own. You don't have to make any payments, any investments for that. Just a time alone slot and all the transactions will be done. It works like meditation.
