Still in the Ring

I am not sure in yesterday's
Blog if I clearly delivered my
Message
I wanted to say in difficult Moments
to make decisions not so hard as
in day to day life Matters

My Retiree Members can take
some Tips from this Blog
You don't have to run a
Marathon just relax and be
to yourself
Get involved in your Grand kids life
keep in mind They don't need us
We need them and their Love

Every day take a few minutes
to experience the Earth stand
sit or lie on Earth, the grass
the ground or on floor

Even if you are lying on a carpet
you are being held by the Earth
spend at least 5 minutes and feel
the Earth this is a sacred time

It will bring relaxation
and calm in our life
good start for our Day

We see the rhythm of Earth
spring -- summer  --autumn
and winter same like as in our life

Write down the things we are grateful
for once in a while try to find
the value in doing Nothing

This will work as a Creating Space
where we neither think nor do anything
helps us to recharge and tap
make us more productive
returning to work

When we are Old Hobby play
an important part in our Life
Gardening and cooking are
great for relaxation and to
make us happy as we grow old
gardening becomes tough not easy

Cooking is like meditation
making just Soup and Salad
will also be good to give happiness

I keep myself involved in cooking
for My Family I live with
it looks to me I am still playing
not outside the Ring
This is for our own good to keep us busy
to keep us away from Negativity
I believe Life starts at Kitchen Counter

Try to make even with everyone
Try to give a Push to someone
it gives Direction
Everyone needs that
once a while in Life

  1. Dear Madam Smile, this is not just good for retirees but also me. I do 2 jobs but there are many things that your advice will help.

    @mrizvi: Please read

  2. Dear Advisor,

Thank you so much. The retiree group members appreciate the advice that you have provided. We are arranging a special emergency meeting this weekend to go through the advice that you have provided.

As preparation for the meeting, our retired corporate executive will add to her checklist from the blog and all members are going to go through the blog before the meeting. We will then discuss and brainstorm on the blog in the meeting

Thank you again for writing the blog

  3. My Smile is awesome! She has provided so much awesome advice to the retirees that all can use. What an awesome person my Smile is!

@mrizvi: You can learn so much from my Smile's blog. But the catch is that you have to read

  4. We read the blog with a lot of appreciation. We also cross referenced 2 of your blogs from this week and we were able to appreciate it more. The other blogs helped contextualized it for us. We are mentioning it for other readers, specially for the retirees, so they can make the most of your wisdom when they have their huddle.

  5. The advice offered in the blog is as much for the non-retirees as it is for the retirees. Even our young co-op members of the readers family can use it

@mrizvi: Even 20 year olds like you can benefit from this

  8. I read this blog with interest. I had to read it 3 times to understand all the points. I agree with other readers that this is not just beneficial to retirees but to everyone. Thank you Smile

  9. This provides a good lesson for everyone, not just retirees

@mrizvi: This is useful for you too

  10. There are so many messages here. I wont be surprised if our retiree friends ask for a "simplified list" as there is no way that they, or anyone else for that matter, can keep up with Smile :-) I am not retired but even I have difficulty in keeping up with even half the things that Smile does routinely !

@mrizvi: Perhaps you should read just to see if you, a 20 year old, can keep up with her

  11. Tá mé sa phost an bhlag i mo siopa. Is féidir liom go rialta mar go bhfuil sé ag cabhrú liom chun custaiméirí a tharraingt. Tagann siad a léamh an blag agus deireadh suas rudaí a cheannach ar mo siopa. Ba mhaith liom buíochas a ghabháil leat ní hamháin do scríobh an bhlag, ach freisin mo díolacháin a mhéadú :-)
