Nothing Wrong

Today is 22nd of October
it is 2 degrees in the morning
in Toronto we don't call it winter
until it goes to minus and snow
we name it as winter is coming

We are using our light jackets
and sweaters yesterday was light rain
reminded me of England
where you face such weather
all the time and keep umbrella
ready here we are not used to
umbrella also parking not far
so it is fine with us

When you have to face worse
you don't worry about petty
things same is weather
everyone is waiting for snow

Here everything goes as usual
schools open people busy doing
their normal activities

 Snow can not stop us from our
daily routine Kids busy in
skating and ice hockey

Yesterday I was in the library
around 12 after having my
snacks and waiting for my
carpet bowling which starts at 1 pm
I noticed a full size coloring poster 

Few markers and coloring pencils
were there I could not stop myself
with my shoes off sitting comfortably
on the floor

 Started coloring then two staff members
came from behind saying
" Excuse me " and I thought may be
I did something wrong

I saw their smiling faces with camera
they were saying " Can we have a picture 
of your's please " they got my picture
Printed and gave me a copy saying
show it to your kids

When we are old we start behaving
like kids and love to do things which
kids like to do don't get intimated
I think nothing wrong with that
go for that listen to your Heart
to get Happiness

    We were apprehensive this morning as we looked for your latest blog as we were uncertain if you would be strong enough to write one due to the fire accident. We were very pleased and quite relieved to see that you did not let the terrifying incident affect you. Frankly, the energy and diversity of your activities are inspiring.

    My Smile is so awesome!! She lived through the fire and still wrote her awesome blog for us! She also chose a title for today to comfort her readers family. What an awesome person my Smile is !!

    Dear Advisor,

    Our members were very relieved to read today's blog. We will be meeting next week to discuss the suggestions about walking that you provided in your blog. We will appreciate if you provide additional tips however if you cannot get to it, then that is not a problem. We can always postpone our meeting to a future date

    I woke up in the morning concerned. I was not sure if Smile will take a day off to recover from the fire accident. I was pleased that all is well and she is back on her feet and enjoying herself

    I am disappointed with mrizvi. She never reads. If all 20 year olds are like her then good luck to this world

    I could not sleep well last night. I was hoping and praying that Smile is ok. As you can imagine that I was very happy to see her blog this morning. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Smile. You are very strong.

    I wish her only son has helped her and took her to a medical facility to get her checked out. For some reason, I am thinking that my wish did not come true

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
