 My Retiree Group Readers
were asking me for some advice 
some tips for  walking like how far
the pace the frequency and so on

Believe me I never take anything
like a project the basic point
is to enjoy and to have a feel of that

My Husband died of heart attack
when he was 38 and I was 34
so I am used to live
my whole life alone

God is Great when he takes away
something He always tops up
our Plate with something else

I am used to enjoy my own company
I walk alone at my own Pace
in my own time to watch the beauty
of Nature and enjoy 

I believe this is a Great gift from God
I don't need anyone to give me company
I love people to talk and to be around
still I walk alone and enjoy

Chalk out your own program
your own time table whatever
suits your health your nature
don't take any pressure

Just relax and be yourself
don't push yourself to run
a race or a Marathon
no competition please we don't
have to prove ourselves 

We have to prove ourselves
only to God to our Creator
watch the Beauty around 
every season every moment
is worth to enjoy and praise 
the Almighty

    We usually take strong coffee in the morning as we need a strong stimulant to jolt us into our day. Today's blog was stronger stimulant than that strong coffee. It made us have a significantly enhanced appreciation of your achievements.

    As a single mother, you provided for your family, nurtured and nourished them. This is no mean feat. However you did not stop there, you also had some significant achievements of your own.

    No wonder our retiree friends are finding you a tough act to follow. To be candid, we feel the same way.

      I posted the blog but forgot to post the blog from the weekend. Kate has now posted those blogs as well.

      Sorry, we are not being kind to you and Smile will not be happy. We were thinking of not posting the blog today so you can win but all 4 of us want to read Smile's blog to start our day ie before our first client meeting. We love it as it provides real life insights and is also a fun read. Hope you will understand.

    This is a very "deep" blog from Smile. I was able to see several messages to us. They are:

    1- The message about positive energy and how to create it

    2- The message about maintaining physical well being

    3- The message of hope

    4- The message about how to lead a successful life

    5- The message about discipline

    6- And the message about inspiration

    I am going to read the blog again as there probably are a few other items that I have not been able to figure out as yet.

    Today's blog made me re-read some of Smile's previous blogs. She should be interviewed on CNN, BBC or something like that.I am not kidding. I mean who ca n do all these things as a person, let alone as single parent

    Ok. I had to take a deep breath as I was going through the blog. Smile is everything that we, the readers family, have been calling her but she is so much more than that. I also think that her only son needs to take care of her more than that he takes care of his career. It is simply wrong. The corporate boy needs to tidy up his act. The buses, fire, taking money, helping Smile to feed his kids, and beach in cold September should all go.

    Beautiful morning sunny and bright. No more rain. We had already more than enough of it. Grass and flowers, don't need any watering. It is 26 C, hot day.   This is weekend, I have to do my hair color. My friend invited me for afternoon tea. I will go there. It is always good to be with friends and family. We have to accept invitations, to make our day. I think, calls are sort of blessings. Signals from God for us to gather happiness. Life is nearly the same for everyone. It is all up to us, how we take it.  Try to give color to the moments in hand. Sitting idle, doing nothing, won't bring happiness. Try to be active, do something, anything you like to do. Go for walk, to look the scenery around.  Some people like outdoors, some not. They like to be indoors. Find the spot of your choice in your garden / balcony, get book / magazine of your interest, to be happy. Bird watching is beautiful. You feel great, watching them doing things, you get involved. Nature is great

     October 29th 2024 It's a different scenario today. Cloudy morning hazy sky. Sun is hiding under his gray blanket. It is Tuesday so I don't have to go to work. No Darts today at the library. It is a day off for me. I have to make other plans to make my day. Day offs are like clean slates. We have to write our schedule to fill out the columns of the day. When we have to go to work or school, our timings are all set.  We don't have to worry about how to pass our time. We have just a couple of hours left to sort out after coming back from our workplace or school. Weekends and day offs are tricky. We need some homework to fill out our day slots. Try to make it like a combo, a mixed plate to have a taste of everything. Day offs are like blank sheets. We can write, paint, whatever we want to do, to fill out. Every day is like a container with twenty four hours of consignment. It's delivered every morning.  We have to open it and use to finish it up. It all has to be done

      October 22nd 2024 Great morning 18C. It is like summer for Canadians. Couple of more days to enjoy the outdoors.  Beautiful leaves of all colors are everywhere giving a scenic look to the atmosphere to behold and to cherish these moments. Nature is amazing. There is always something for we Humans to make our day. Take some time off from your day today to look around. You will find beauty everywhere. It doesn't matter in which part of the world you live. Don't have to plan for long trips. It is all at your doorsteps. Keep your eyes open and take a break to smell the nature around. You will get the flavor and also inner peace deep down. It will be a rare happiness all on its own. You don't have to make any payments, any investments for that. Just a time alone slot and all the transactions will be done. It works like meditation.
