I love to walk to Tim Horton
it is 20 minutes walk from my Place
on the way so much to see
so much to enjoy while walking

Beautiful scenery with flowers
birds and butterflies
I am sitting in Tim Horton
having my small Double Double
enjoying my Blog writing

I am always thankful to God
who made me able to walk and
to enjoy his beautiful Creations
also to enjoy my own Company

Thank you God  I don't deserve 
any of that
I just noticed the Tim Horton
Logo and with that 1964 
I think this is the year when
they started their Business

My mind goes back to year 1964
the year when I completed 
my Masters with Honors in
Microbiology

Things change so many memories
Great Moments to cherish
but we have to live in the present
so just forget everything
Ring out the Old and Ring in the New
The Recipe for Happiness

    Dear Advisor,

    Thank you for writing the blogs and giving us ideas. Our volunteer has got some additional help, and is targeting to finalize the complete inventory of all the points by Monday. After that we will prioritize them as we don't think that we can do all the things that you are doing

    My Smile is so awesome. She can turn ordinary things into major distressing activities. She is a senior microbiologist and an awesome writer. Plus a therapist.

    I did not realize that you are a scientist by profession. I was thinking that you will be either a marketing expert, a writer, a psychologist or perhaps a psyhcatirst

    What a nice blog that you wrote today. We still find it so refreshing that you can find so many niceties in life. You are absolutely right, that you don't need to spend big to find happiness. We tried that last weekend and it was a success. We are debating if we should go somewhere again this weekend. We are truly inspired by your words and enjoy them.

    Others are finding it a surprise that you are a learned scholar, however both of us knew that you must have been quite accomplished. That is why we have been requesting that you share some more background about yourself. We have already asked so many favors from you in the past, so will not be imposing on you again, however if there ever is a vote, then ours will be for your autobiography

    thank you Jimmy. You have been great to keep posting these blogs every day. If you start getting tired, then let me or Craig, Sam or anyone else here know and we can take over. I am hearing that the OMA department is starting to use Smile's blog in their weekly department meetings. Brian is the manager there and he found out about it through our toastmasters meeting. I am sharing that with you so you know that your efforts of posting the blog daily is having a significant effect. If Brian shows up I will ask him

    PS: The toastmasters meeting is in the afternoon. I will let you all know about it next week

    Beautiful morning sunny and bright. No more rain. We had already more than enough of it. Grass and flowers, don't need any watering. It is 26 C, hot day.   This is weekend, I have to do my hair color. My friend invited me for afternoon tea. I will go there. It is always good to be with friends and family. We have to accept invitations, to make our day. I think, calls are sort of blessings. Signals from God for us to gather happiness. Life is nearly the same for everyone. It is all up to us, how we take it.  Try to give color to the moments in hand. Sitting idle, doing nothing, won't bring happiness. Try to be active, do something, anything you like to do. Go for walk, to look the scenery around.  Some people like outdoors, some not. They like to be indoors. Find the spot of your choice in your garden / balcony, get book / magazine of your interest, to be happy. Bird watching is beautiful. You feel great, watching them doing things, you get involved. Nature is great

     October 29th 2024 It's a different scenario today. Cloudy morning hazy sky. Sun is hiding under his gray blanket. It is Tuesday so I don't have to go to work. No Darts today at the library. It is a day off for me. I have to make other plans to make my day. Day offs are like clean slates. We have to write our schedule to fill out the columns of the day. When we have to go to work or school, our timings are all set.  We don't have to worry about how to pass our time. We have just a couple of hours left to sort out after coming back from our workplace or school. Weekends and day offs are tricky. We need some homework to fill out our day slots. Try to make it like a combo, a mixed plate to have a taste of everything. Day offs are like blank sheets. We can write, paint, whatever we want to do, to fill out. Every day is like a container with twenty four hours of consignment. It's delivered every morning.  We have to open it and use to finish it up. It all has to be done

      October 22nd 2024 Great morning 18C. It is like summer for Canadians. Couple of more days to enjoy the outdoors.  Beautiful leaves of all colors are everywhere giving a scenic look to the atmosphere to behold and to cherish these moments. Nature is amazing. There is always something for we Humans to make our day. Take some time off from your day today to look around. You will find beauty everywhere. It doesn't matter in which part of the world you live. Don't have to plan for long trips. It is all at your doorsteps. Keep your eyes open and take a break to smell the nature around. You will get the flavor and also inner peace deep down. It will be a rare happiness all on its own. You don't have to make any payments, any investments for that. Just a time alone slot and all the transactions will be done. It works like meditation. It's 11.45, I am at Tim Hortons enjoying my small tea, not coffee today. We have to change our menu too. It works something like a change of
