My doctor's report card

May be an image of bicycle and nature

The weather is great. Not too hot. Not too humid. Beautiful morning. Cool breeze with 24 C.

It's 10.30 in the morning. I am just out of the dentist office. Dentist appointments at my age are a bit scary.

Not only Dentist, any Dr appointment is not at my welcome note. We won't be getting A grade in our report card from any of the doctors.

We know that our body is old and needs repairs and replacement of some of our body parts. We know any doctor won't be able to give us a clean slate. Not even the passing marks.

Anyway this is life. We have to accept whatever there is with patience. We have to realize that we enjoyed our life with this body of ours, much stronger than today.

Nothing is forever. Life keeps on changing and so does our body. We undergo a systematic change throughout our life. Change from our childhood to kids to teens to adults and finally to the later stages of life.

We managed and accepted every stage of life with open hearts so what's wrong now. I believe we have to be thankful to God and also have to be proud of ourselves.

We managed everything gracefully. We handled our school, work and our family matters. We raised our kids to handle their lives on their own.

I believe we successfully tried to handle things. We have to give credit to ourselves with A grade on the report card of our life.

I don't care what the doctors say. I don't care about their assessment. I am happy, fully satisfied with my life. I think I have enough credits to enter the next grade in my life.
