Fairy Tale Story ended
now we are back on track
5 cm of snow

Looking very beautiful
all covered under white
blanket

Trees also with cottony white
stuff looking like white
flowers

Our Trampoline in the backyard
giving a different view
it's net is decorated with snow
like small white beads

So much to enjoy
I have to go to my Club
for Indoor Golf 

I divide my 24 hours into many
sections my early mornings are
my time alone

Late mornings are with my Senior
Club doing my activities with
my friends

My whole week is busy Mondays
Darts Wednesdays and Fridays
Darts and Bowling on Thursdays
indoor golf

 My Tuesdays are off so I do my
laundry and clean my room
make phone calls to my family
and friends

My Weekends are busy with
my grand kids hockey games

 Me and my son are early riser 
so on weekends we used to have breakfast
together and watch any good program

My afternoons busy talking to God
and on computer I make sure to
make some contribution in our
family dinner

Cooking some dish I feel like part of
Family and so make myself feel good 

 After dinner I spend couple of hours
in family room where we have TV
we have one TV policy so whole 
family is there 

My grand kids like sport channel
so is my son I started enjoying that
also I read my favorite book do 
scrabble and Sudoku 

Night time I am back to my room
watching my favorite shows on
computer playing scrabbles and
Card games 

Make a habit to divide your 24 hours
between work family and friends
don't forget to spend some time alone
and talking to God

It will give you a balanced Life
with full of peace and bring 
Happiness

    I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. There are visitors from out of town who are now coming regularly to Sundays. The priest is happy that is congregation is getting bigger but he knows that people are here for the blog. He joked about it during the sermon. He also used a lot of excerpts from the past Smile blogs in the sermon.

    Dear Madam Smile, you so nice you told me about Mr. Supervisor that he try trick me. I am so angry to him. It is holiday here but he still ask me to come work. I will stop working hard right away I have stopped doing all my job today and I will tell Mr. Supervisor tomorrow that if he no say sorry then I quit job. I dont know what I do for rent if no do 2 jobs but I no care. I so happy that you take care of me. I do 2 job today and proud but tomorrow I quit both job if Mr Supervisor no say sorry

    Father say that I write Happy New Year for you. He say that you very kind to all reader. He say that you schedule very busy. Father say he no understand why you watch so little tele. He say you no need do laundry too as son should do that. He say that his son (me) does laundry. He no want his daughter in law (me wife) do it because he no like her. Father say you schedule is that of 30 year old. He say his schedule very busy too because he cant watch all tele show. He say sometime he has to record show to watch later. Father say he no want watch show with me or me son because we talk and he no like it. He say he old, almost 67, so has no energy to rewind and listen show again

    (Happy New Year you from me and me family. Me wife is also asking me to say Happy New Year you. She say that you nice person. Me son also saying New year to you. He asking if you write to grandpa in blog to let him watch tele for about 30 mins as he sometime want play game on tele and watch football)

    We had a small party yesterday to bid goodbye to 2016 and welcome 2017. As has become our family custom, we each talked about the biggest thing for us this year. It is a tradition going back several years now and we like it not just for the nostalgic value but also to help get our bearings correct. For the two of us, we put down the reading of the blogs as the biggest thing which we accomplished. As our generous guests were mystified and puzzled at our choice, we were requested to elaborate. This being our favourite topic, it did not take a lot of coaxing to get us talking. Our response was simple - the blog made us laugh, it made us learn, it made us acknowledge the shallowness of our knowledge, it made us kind, it made us be physical more active, it made us think, it made us cherish, above all it made us Smile.

    As we wake up in 2017 to another classic blog entry,we will like to thank you for your wise, yet kind words. Thank you so much.

    As I reflect on 2016, I think about how many successful meetings we have had just because we started the meetings with these blogs.

    Also, I used to think that my schedule is a punishing one, but this was before I saw Smile's week planner. Compared to her schedule, mine is a cakewalk

    Ok. Let me make sure that I get this straight. Smile wrote a beautiful post, greets her readers, wishes each and everyone a Happy New Year, and yet what does she get? If you would have guessed, that she would have got a thank you, then you would have been wrong. If you would have guessed she would have got a Happy New Year, then you would have been wrong again. She got none of the pleasantries. And how does she respond, she asks us to be kind and polite to all ... Yes to each and everyone, irrespective of their actions. This is one of the many reasons why her readership is so loyal

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
