Being senior sometimes we
lose track and get carried away
we need a push from our children
to show us direction

If we are losing track and not
taking into account everyone's
interest

 We need you to oversee and hold
our hand for a while to drag us
to the right path to lead

Every person is different some
like to get out some like indoors
to enjoy watch TV and get relaxed

You please figure out and see that
our comfort not interfering with
the interests of others

If you have one TV policy like we
do at our home in that case get
Tablet to your Dad / Mom

We seniors are not used to computers 
so please take some time to download
favorite shows which are
easy to click and we can enjoy our
time alone 

You have to pursue to use Computer
and make we seniors to understand
the gravity of situation in a
very polite and tactful way

 We have to take care of our kids
they are our Future if we wont look
for their needs their interests 

 We will lose them to their friends
they will find their activities outside
then it will be too late to bring
them back to family

We Seniors just get carried away and forget
that it is a matter of great importance
which we go on ignoring

You my dear son has to jump in
to keep everyone's life in harmony
no one has to feel that his / her share 
is not taken into account

They should be sure and confident
that they are not robbed in anyway

 This all will elevate parents respect
enrich the family relationship
and Love

    Dear Madam Smile, you so nice. You knowledge to. You write message for me. I will not fire job. I talk Mr. Supervisor after reading blog and I show blog him because you say it ok. He say he sorry that he joke me.He say that he no ask me to work new year but it my idea to bank 24 hours. He say that he give me double time for that. He say he only joke about last blog but no joke about other blog. He say that you Madam very good. I still do 2 job and proud that I read blog.

    I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. Though it is holiday and all shops are closed but I still have customers from out of town. One customer brought a cake with the message saying "Thank You Smile".

    Father read blog 3 time today. He was emotional. He first angry with me and me son, and then he sad that he no let me and me son use tele. He say that now he realize that and will not use tele all day. He will let me son play game for 30 min and also let him watch football. Father say that he no want use computer as it too compllicated. He old, almost 67. Father no want give tele time to me wife. He say that she learn computer

    I love this blog for its literary value and for the deep thought. I mean, who can compete with this. And I quote "

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
