My Dear Retired Nutritionist
may be you can have some
Tips to help Friends

We don't have to shut out our
kitchen cabinet to keep ourselves
away from enjoying our life

Never take Life too seriously
this is my Moto this is what
I believe

Don't be hard on yourself
our food is the gracious gift
from God Almighty

Enjoy your Life tasting a bit
of everything change your
plate not your diet

Go on changing your plate
systematically step by step
not drastically

Give time to yourself be patient
try to move around taking safety 
into account 

Moving around will be like doing
exercise sometimes we don't have
a chance to get out 

Weather and our medical conditon
both are important factors to keep
our mobility in a flow

Still keep in mind to be mobile
if we are sitting for long time we
have to set an alarm to get up

Do something to get busy some
small physical work anything
making Soup and Salad

Whatever is of your interest
create any hobby to get busy

These things help in keeping
us busy it will be like we are
doing some work out 

Take it easy everything will be
handled with time nothing to worry
about just relax and keep smiling

    3. I am working with some of the managers. They read Smile's blog and were interested in discussing this further. They specifically asked me to include this for this week's Toastmasters meeting. They were intrigued by the idea of effects of mental health on weight.

  4. Dear Madam Smile, you so good. You eat less and tell Retirees what eat. You write good blog. I no feel good today but then I read blog and feel good. I write now like I get up. I eat breakfast quickly because I late. I go job 1 and say hello Mr. Supervisor but I no tell him writing because Madam say no. I look cat but no find. It black and white and run fast. I see bird, it brown and go up and down. I see tree and it no go up and down but move because wind. I happy because my Madam write blog for me 1 month back. I do 2 proud job and work hard

  6. Dear Advisor,

    The retirees appreciate your blog today. The retired nutritionist was specially pleased with the blog. She indicated that this has given a lot of tips and ideas to her. She also mentioned that your advice is mostly in line with what she has learned during her past employment and through her training. She also pointed out that some of the techniques you mentioned are not being used by the nutritionists today but they should. She has reached out to a retired dietician to get his thoughts on the blog. As some of the advice you have mentioned is psychological and for mental health, she is also planning to discuss with retired psychologist and retired councillor to explore the role of these 2 elements in diet and nutrition They intend to form a subcommittee and discuss next steps. Some of our weight challenged members are particularly interested in the outcome of this subcommittee

  7. Father say he no no how many things you do. He say it good that you rite for Niklas because he no listen anyone. He watches lot football and play game. He no study. He good marks but he marks can be better. Father say when he was study then he vey good student. Father best student. Father say you also rite blog for Kris wife (Hannah) because she no listen to. She burn soup. Father say he old almost 67

    (Niklas tell me to rite you that he thank you for blog for him. He say he mark in 90s. He say Papa and GrandPapa always say study more study more but me mark good. Me want play football and be football star. Hannah also say thank to you. Nabor like blog to)

    1. Dear Sheema, why you no rite like mrizvi. You no read Madam Smile blog. Remember that she rite one big blog for you. You can print it out and read it at night. Also you should no rite comment which are common like good advice etc. We all know that Madam advice is very good. If you read then you will know that Madam rite about different important thing like how eat, what eat. This way you will not get fat. Dear Retirees are doing lot research on what Madam tell them because they know that it important. I do 2 proud job and work hard but always read Madam blog

  10. We apologize for not being able to express our appreciation on this forum for quite some time. We have been a little bit under the weather. During our ailment, we also used the practice of one or your other reader employed ie we read your wise and kind words to recuperate physically and nourish mentally. They provided us with solace and cheerful perspective on life.

    We mentioned previously but it became more evident to us during our ailment, how much enthralled by your literary craft. You sculpt these blogs like a seasoned sculptor, essentially creating masterpieces from effectively nothing.

  13. Smile suggested an amazing way to address one of the important issue of this generation - over eating. Unlike other experts, she suggested that we dont "lock the kitchen" but eat wisely.

    No wonder there are people who are interested in this
