Fresh vegetables are healthy and tasty 
Potatoes are good nutritious as well as 
it goes with so many things

We can mix it with most of the veggies 
also with meat, rice
anything you name it

We can have potatoes just by itself in so many forms
Fries, mash potatoes and so many dishes can be
made out of potatoes

I made potatoes with green peas to put on the
dinner table for my family
I like to share the recipe with my Readers Family

Take potatoes wash thoroughly you don't have to peel
as it's skin is also good for health
Cut into small pieces any shape you want

Take frying pan put some oil now add chopped onion
put it on high flame, cover the pot now turn the flame to
medium leave it for few minutes. Keep stirring of and on
till onion start turning yellowish.

Keep the pot on medium heat and now add cumin seeds -- 
whole red pepper just couple
whole black pepper --  fresh cut tomatoes
whole green pepper --  cut potatoes --

Add some water just to dip the content
add salt to taste 
leave the pot on stove cover it. 
After 5 minutes add peas -- fresh Dill leaves
and Mint leaves -- 

There has to be some water in the pot if not enough, 
put some cover the pot for 5 minutes.

It is done now. After finish, it has to be juicy
You can have it with rice, make sandwiches 
or take with bread of your choice
It will be healthy and tasty with fresh ingredients
