Never say no to calls and visits

Kris Dear please stop Father from
party at home. Don't do anything
not good for Hannah and Niklas

Please take care of whole family
not only Father
Niklas has to stay and enjoy at home
Hannah has to enjoy her healthy life

It is Monday bright morning with 7 below 0 C, I used to work
part time on Mondays but our room where we play darts, rented
out for kids as they have March Break so we have a week off.
We are staying home now.

I have calls to make, two to my friends, one lives in Markham
20 minutes away, the other one my grade 7th friend, she lives
in London. I used to call them every week to keep connected.

I will call my younger brother, we talk every day also will call
to my sister in law she lives in Aurora one hour away. I talk to
her every day. My daughters from England called me. It was
enough to make my day.

I am watching my favorite show on my computer also reading
Messages from friends and family and comments on my blog
from my Readers Family.

My Friend George you are right I am not OK. When we are getting
old we have to accept that things now changing. We have to push
our "will power" to have the driving seat. Getting old is fact of life.

Every day we are getting one day older every moment slipping from
our hands. Time flies we have to keep that in mind so try to make use
of every moment in hand.

Try to spread messages of happiness around putting smile on people's
faces if that is possible. Life is gift from God Almighty and if we are
helping people in some way, means we are making our Creator happy.
This is sort of saying thank you God.

My sister in law's daughter in law called me just now they are coming
from Aurora in the evening . They live together, so whole family coming.
She calls me Auntie. She was insisting to bring food to have together.
She is going on a trip for two weeks so wants to see me before.

When you see people around you who love you and want to spend
time with you, we start feeling we are lucky. Calls and visits are like
gifts from God for us. We never have to say no to that and always
give it value.

  7. Dear Advisor,

The retirees appreciated your blog today. Though your comments were directed towards Prof. George but the retirees understand that your blogs are meant to be enjoyed and benefited by all. We read your blog and noticed your messages of hope for the seniors. We specially liked your message that "Getting old is fact of life" and we need to use our will power to push us forward. A no. of retirees who were feeling low these days decided to get printouts of this blog as we are finding it very useful. The hospital admistrator mentioned that the patients are finding this blog to be a big morale booster.

    thank you
    recent retiree

  8. This blog was very helpful for my business meeting. Every one was talking about the positive mindset that we need to have and often miss in the realities of life. After I read the blog people realize that we should focus on using our will power to propel us forward and keep positive

    thank you

  10. Dear Author,

We read your blog at the SRC today. Your blog had a very significant impact on the Smile Army. They have been expecting all along that you have recovered 100% but when they read that you are not completely well, some of them started to cry. Immediately after the reading finished they started slogans for you. As the reading was in the SRC which is near the offices of professors and also class rooms, their slogans started disrupting the classes when one of the senior professors came out from the class room to talk to them, they started yelling at him. The Smile Army said that how come you are even thinking of having a class when Smile is sick. You should all join us for praying for her health. Prof George tried to cool them down but it did not work. Dean was not there as he had to leave after the reading because of a meeting with the chancellor. It was very chaotic

    thank you

  14. Didnt I tell you that Smile is not just a brilliant author but a brilliant philosopher too !! Dont believe me, well have a look:

"Every day we are getting one day older every moment slipping from
our hands. Time flies we have to keep that in mind so try to make use
    of every moment in hand."

This is not just a philosopher but a very practical guidance!

    Absolutely brilliant!!
