Saturday -- Bright mixed sunny cloudy, cold morning 15 C rain on the way 
in the afternoon. I am done with my breakfast. Enjoying my morning tea, 
sitting in my TV lounge, watching the News Headlines.  

There are big glass panels in front. When there is nothing good to watch 
on TV, I distract myself and enjoy the scenic view of my back garden.
I think this TV lounge plays an important role in my life, giving me 
opportunity, to connect and to enjoy the world around.

I can see two brown Rabbits having their morning treats on the left side 
of my back garden, under the pear tree. It is no more a skeleton tree now. 
I see leaves around and flowers decorating his body.

 Couple of birds are also here, enjoying their morning walk. I can't see my 
friend, the Black Squirrel, may be he is still in bed. Weather looks great, 
beautiful. My friend, the White Butterfly is here too. I think, she is busy, 
talking to the pear tree flowers.This all is more than enough to make 
my day.

It is 10.30, I am organizing things in my kitchen. I take, to empty the dish 
washer as my personal obligation. We have to pitch in, to contribute in 
our household, to streamline things, to have the atmosphere happy 
and peaceful.

  It is 11.40, I am done with my downstairs chores.Time to go to my 
room, to be with my computer to connect with family and friends.
To enjoy the scenic view of my front garden from my window.

We have to plan our day by dividing it into slots. Weather looks great, 
beautiful. I am getting ready to walk on my driveway. Change of scenery 
is always good. It keep us motivated, to stay positive and away from 
thinking negative. Life is good. No worries for now.

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer. Computer is sort of Blessing for me. I don't know how my Mom used to pass her time without phone and computer. How come she

  June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
