It is Thursday bright sunny cold morning with 13 below 0 C
gusts 40 km. Today is first Thursday of the month so we have
monthly meeting of our club at 1 pm. One of my Friend will
pick me up at 12.30 pm. It is 12.45 pm, I am sitting in my
office cubicle, writing my Blog.
In the morning it looked as everything dusted with white powder.
it was snowing last night. Red Caravan and silver Jetta covered
under white blanket, giving a beautiful view, on my driveway.
On the way to library I saw one squirrel over the wooden fence
behind the tree. Couple of birds walking beside library building.
I am waiting for the " Twin Tower " apartments to be rented out
so I can enjoy the buzzing atmosphere.
If you people remember, I call the two tall trees outside my next door
neighbor's place, as Twin Towers, where birds come in summer time.
I enjoy the scenic view.
I am in the Meeting Room now. Beside Meeting there is also a
Guest Speaker. No one likes Meetings, specially Presentations.
Everyone looks like stuck and sort of hijacked for a while.
Speeches has to be short and with some substance. When we speak
it must go through. We are now sitting with our fingers cross.
It happens most of the times. Anyway I am enjoying my coffee
half and half and writing my Blog.

ReplyDeleteI have posted the blog in Smile Corner. Today being Friday, there are a lot of people who are coming. Most people come to read the blog before going home or to the pub. It is a festive atmosphere. The priest is also here. Some customers are saying hello to him . Last night the councilor came with some other officials, they were reading the recipe blog asked for its copies

Dear Madam Smile, you so good. You write good to. I go Mr. Supervisor and I say him how you. He say I very busy how I can help. I say I no want help I want to help you. He say what you mean. I cannot give you my work. I say no I no want you give me you work I want tell you that you presentation need substance and need short. He say what you mean. I say remember I tell you that you talk long. My Madam explain in blog that if you talk substance then all will listen. I think he get lot alregy so I go. I do 2 proud job and always read blog

We just wanted to let you know that we had an office party planned on Monday, ie the day when you first reported the news of his sad demise. ReplyDeleteWe read your blog at my room today. We were having a little party but then there was a knock on the door and we had to stop. When I went outside I didnt see anyone there. I am not sure whats going on. Its continuing to be a very tense atmosphere for all the blog readers here. We hope Dean and Prof George do something soon.
