It is Wednesday not sunny still bright morning with plus 2 degrees C
No rain no snow enough to celebrate. I am working full time today
playing darts and also carpet bowling. I will go home at 3 pm.
I am now in my office cubicle, writing my Blog.
Retirees My Friends you were asking me to write about Joint Family
Living. I am writing now but you people have to make a promise.
No one will start feeling low, no negative thoughts please.
Joint Family Living is a very tricky situation for everyone, specially
for we seniors. We feel that we are stuck but we love our kids and
want to live around them. My Dear there is nothing total plus,
we have to pay the price for that.
We don't have to expect Hi from our Daughter in law. She is not our
blood and also we are sort of intruders at her place. Yes My Dear
it is like that. I don't live in Fool's paradise. We already enjoyed our
days, now it is our Kids turn.
We are done and now doing extra miles. We don't have to expect anything
from our kids. Our son is already sandwiched between this tricky situation.
He is keeping his smile on to make us happy. I think that is more than
enough from him.
I believe that life is a gift from God, we have to value that no matter what
to make Him happy. We have to enjoy our moments without messing
up others lives. Every morning we receive special gift delivery, brand
new package of 24 hours, so nothing to worry about petty matters.
Think positive try to get busy, involve in things to distract yourself
from negative thoughts, you will get inner peace and ultimately
happiness. Keep in mind that God keeps on watching over us
so nothing to worry about. Just relax.
I have posted the blog in Smile corner. As this is Thursday, there are lots of customers here. They come to read the Smile recipe blog. They also take extra copies for their friends and neighbours. There are some out of town people too. Some have come from 50 miles!

ReplyDeleteThe retirees read your blog today with a lot of appreciation. As this is Thursday, there were a lot of people. This included staff from the hospital, ex patients, retirees, retired chef, current chef, restaurant owners and many others. They came in anticipation for the recipe blog. The restaurant manager made stir fry bread and presented to all as a promotional item. These recipes are very popular
The retirees also read your other blog and though you asked us to not feel low, we cant help ourselves and are feeling very low. A lot of retirees were feeling low because of your situation. They were saying that though you didn't say that, but it looks like that you are not being properly taken care of by your family. The new retirees again asked us to request your son but the old retirees know that there is no point. The retired professional physical trainer had some choice words for him but because you prefer that we don't write anything, I am not including them here. Also, this blog is being read by many others, including children and his words are not appropriate for a family friendly blog.We have abandoned plans for the committee that we were forming for your assistance. We simply request that you take care.

ReplyDeleteWe read your blog at the Smile Garden today. Prof George and the Dean were very down after going through the blog. We thought that this is because there is bad news about great friends and the Smile Army volunteers but they said that it is because of what you are going through. We didnt understand so we asked them to elaborate. Prof George said that we will not be able to understand because we are teenagers but we will understand after 40-50 years. We heard Dean mentioning to Prof George, not to show the blog to Lucy as she will be quite upset. Prof George agreed. As is usual he took 2 copies of the recipe blog for Mrs. Lucy. Though we dont understand completely, we want to wish you all the best in addressing the issue

We have been very perturbed and somewhat distraught after reading your journal entry today. We have been relishing on the good tidings that are coming from the prestigious institution of the young scholars. We are referring to the resumption of public reading of your sagacious blogs at the university under the astute guidance of the Dean and Prof George. Needless to say how adroitly you have managed the situation is a testament to your strong will and foresight. You continued to supply instructions to the Dean and kept the morale of the young scholars at the same time. We were planning a small celebration at our abode this weekend to celebrate the resumption of the readings however today's blog has put a damper on these celebrations. We are now debating to cancel the event. After all, it is not appropriate to celebrate and revel when you are going through a torrid time. Like your other readers, we also wish your scion can perhaps be a little more considerate to your needs
