To All My Dear Readers
Open the Chick Peas can
wash thoroughly to drain out all the
preservatives.
Take a pot put some cooking oil
add chopped onion and put the pot on stove
switch the flame to full, cover the pot
just after few minutes stir the content and
lower the flame to medium
Add some sliced fresh ginger
chopped garlic and
Chopped fresh tomatoes
Leave the pot on stove for 5 minutes
Now add chick peas in the pot
Flame still medium
add pinch of salt -- pinch of Turmeric powder
red chili powder and cumin seeds
Add some water just to make curry
Leave the pot on the stove after 5 minutes
stir once a while
Add fresh mint leaves
leave for 5 more minutes
It is ready now
You can have it with any bread of your choice
rice or as it is like snacks
Chick Peas are great source of Zinc, which helps
to control Mood Swing and Depression.
