This is very simple and quick recipe
Take chicken strips
Put few drops of oil in a pot, put chicken strips
sprinkle pinch of salt
No water added
lower flame to medium leave for 5 minutes
cover the pot. Stir once a while.
Take strips out.
Put some oil in a pot add chopped onion
Lower flame to medium
You don't have to make onion golden
Just after 2 minutes add Chicken strips
add sliced all colors of Bell pepper
I mean green, red, orange, yellow
as many as you have
otherwise don't worry
put whatever you have
add one whole Banana pepper
Big pieces of green onion
garlic and Ginger powder or paste
add extra some chopped garlic
to give flavor
No water added
Chopped tomato
Red chili powder
crushed red chili
black pepper powder
Tomato ketchup
pinch of salt
Make flame to full
Stir and after 5 minutes or less
Your dish is ready to make sandwiches
Wraps or take it with rice
