This is very quick and easy to cook
Put some cooking oil in a pot
put it on medium flame
add some chopped onion
cover the pot
add chopped tomato
chopped garlic few cloves
chopped ginger
couple of black pepper
cumin seeds
pinch of salt
red chili powder
add carrot pieces
cover the pot
leave on medium flame
for 15 minutes
No water added
Add green peas
all colors of sliced
Bell peppers red, yellow, orange
and green
otherwise put what you have
Cover the pot and leave for 5 minutes
add parsley and cut pieces of green chili
It is done now
Make sandwiches or have with rice
