Ladies Department -- Part 2

It is Sunday cold bright sunny morning, in Canada sun doesn't mean that it
will be hot day. It is 4 C now, will be warmer 8 C afterwards. My Youngest,
I mean Master Slurpee has his first day at Job.

He is doing Time keeping at hockey arena just like his elder brother,
Master Golden. He was very excited, big day of his life. It will be just
for one game, still today he will be getting first pay check of his life.
Amazing moments.

My Eldest, the Lucky Guy left, his room is now vacant, just like an empty
nest. When kids are back from Uni parents have to realize, have to enjoy
the moments in hand. Their kids have to fly away ultimately.

There is a big stir because of my Blog, " This is Ladies Department ",
specially in my Retirees Friends Group. If you read it again, you will see
that I never mentioned anything about Mom's physical contributions in
their family unit.

My Blog is about the special inherent art of women, to tackle the difficult
moments and turn these moments into peaceful atmosphere. Men are
strong but in most cases, not capable to harness their combustible emotions.

Ladies are capable to avert family disputes. They have special talent to play
around with words. They know how to talk and when to talk.
They can flare up any moment and also are able to extinguish the
flames. Flames of anger, of emotions, to settle down family matters.

Look at Wicked Worker and Happy Worker, both are women. One is there
to spread happiness around while the other one flares up the situation, to
exploit, to make the atmosphere difficult for everyone. She is always ready
to take happiness away. My Blog was all about that. Nothing to do with
hard physical work.

Dear Reader doing 2 Jobs, I don't know how many times I have to tell you
that you always have to listen to your Supervisor. Why you don't listen.
Go say sorry and join the Committee.

Kris I can not say Father is my friend with this behavior. He is throwing
ice on Niklas face. I think Hannah and Niklas have to go back to Hannah
Parents. Father making their lives miserable here.

  7. Dear Advisor,

The retirees went for our long walk today. Our walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you take. After that, we read the blog.

The retirees were very pleased to read the blog today. The retired youth councillor read your blog and after the completion of the reading, we had some treats to celebrate the first day of work by Master Slurpee. The treats were supplied by the cafe manager at no charge. He said it is on the house.

The committee for religious tolerance also had their planned meeting today but they cancelled the session to pray for the success of the young lad. The retired priest prayed for him in the Christian faith whereas the temple priest said some loud chant. We could not understand their chants but it was loud saying of Ala homa. The lady explained it to us that the sentence means praise for their prophet and his progeny. She then explained that they cant celebrate as they are mourning the sad demise of one of their leaders.

    thank you
    recent retiree

  8. Dear Author,

We read your blog at the SRC today. As soon as we read your blog the entire readership erupted in celebratory cheer. The Smile Army idiots got a cake which said "Slurpee Boy is the best!" We would have got a better inscription than this. The Dean was very pleased as well and said to Prof George that credit goes to Smile for helping the family and keeping everyone motivated despite challenges. We all knew that by challenge he is talking about your son but he didnt mention him by name. Your son does not have a great reputation here

    thank you

  14. We will be remiss if we do not raise a glass to you and yours. The celebratory chorus that is deafening is an appropriate tribute for Master Slurpee's first foray in the practical life. We wish him many glasses of slurpees in his journey

Thank you for making our days brighter
