Smile Recipes ------ Custard with Chocolate

To All My Dear Readers
Take a pot with milk
Homo or 2%
Whatever you like to use
Put the pot on high flame
to boil the milk

 Take couple of spoons of custard powered
in a bowl -- add cold milk
now dissolve the custard powder in milk.

 Make it like thick watery paste

 Add this watery paste to the boiling milk pot
keep stirring of and on for couple of minutes
to mix it well with milk

 Keep stirring to avoid lumps
now add sugar to taste in the same hot pot
stir for 2 minutes

 Custard is done ready to eat

 Now take transparent glass bowl
chop some dark chocolates or 
any chocolate of your choice
put it in this transparent bowl

 Add the hot custard on top of the chocolate
in the bowl
you will get beautiful dish to enjoy the color
and taste too 

 Because of the hot custard 
some of the chocolates will melt down
some will remain as it is

 Grate some of the chocolate
on top to decorate

 Don't stir, just let it to cool down
after that put it in the fridge
Enjoy this tasty dish

    Dear Author,

    We got together to read your blog at the SRC but were surprised that you have not posted it yet. Dean, Prof George, Smile Army, Great Friends, Bookstore manager and many others were very concerned. We immediately thought about your son and the Smile Army started raising slogans. Dean was almost in shock that you have not posted it yet. He simply stared in the air. It was completely chaotic

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
