Beautiful Morning it is 9.25
I am walking at My Driveway
to enjoy
Everyone left so looks like an Empty
Nest no cars on My Driveway
Neighborhood also very quiet
I don't see anyone around Birds giving
Calls from their Houses from different
Tree Tops to make Me Happy
To make Me think that I am not alone
I visualize They are talking to Me
Saying Hello to Me
Now Me and Birds and no one there
to bother The Tree with White Blossom
on My Neighbor's Driveway is in full
Bloom
One House from that I can see Tulips
White and Yellow looking Beautiful
That House has a very small
Front Yard Space for Garden
They love Gardening I remember
couple of Years back Their small
Front Yard used to look like a
Show Case Garden
They are getting older so can not
do much still in a much better shape
than that of Our's
One of the Tree at the left corner of
Our Front Yard is 6 ft tall with Branches
spreading all around giving a look
of Bush is with No leaves
But it is with Beautiful Buds Beige
and Yellow in color ready to Bloom
in just couple of Days
I am enjoying My 5 Minutes Walk still
the Headline News is in the Back of
My Mind
A Middle aged Woman looks like in Her
Mid Thirties was on top of the Crane
for many hours
Fire Fighters saved Her Life She was
arrested and will be under Medical
examination
Yesterday when I was out of My Library
after playing Darts there were number
of Fire Trucks and Police Cars on
HW # 2 and Whites Road intersection
All Roads were blocked due to some
Road Rage and the Driver hit the Pole
Live Wires were on the Road
What I feel People are undergoing Lots
of Pressure from all Directions
Family as well as too much competition
in Career and also at Work Place
Peer Support is slipping as No One has
patience to talk to Share and so take Refuge
Watching TV and on Computer
Things happen the more We feel Lonely
start feeling insecure and ultimately
go in Depression
Try to connect with People with Nature
and Talk to God to feel to get Relaxed
and to have Inner Peace
My 5 Minutes are done now
My Friend car is here to pick Me up
I am working Full Time Today
I mean Playing Darts and also
Carpet Bowling I will be back
Around 3 pm
I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. Today being Friday, there are a lot of people who are coming. Most people come to read the blog before going home or to the pub. Some are bringing cake for Smile's birthday. It is a festive atmosphere. The priest is also here.

Dear Madam Smile, you so good. You give good idea to. I go and talk job worker lot today. Mr Supervisor come and say how you. I say I no depress. He say that good. I say I no depress because I talk lot job worker today. I talk fat job worker and job worker with video kid . He say but they need do work. I say yes but if i no talk them they will get depress. He say but you leave them alone. I say ok that no problem. I will go and talk with bird and tree. I think he head hurt. I do 2 proud job and always read blog

The retired counsellor and the retired mental health specialist were very pleased with your blog today. They pointed out that the issues of mental health are getting worse and an approach like the one that you have suggested is what is needed. The retired psychologist also talked about the blog. We have added this blog as a "To Do" item for the mental health and well being committee. We also intend to update the Smile with Smile agenda to reflect it

This blog was perfect finale for the week. We have been having a very grueling meeting and no one was talking to each other. During the break, I relied on my good Smile blog to come to the rescue. And it did not fail me again. Every one realized why they were so uptight and the entire meeting dynamics changed

The sociology professor pointed out that your theory about mental health challenges and social interactions is very intriguing. He is thinking of working with the psychology prof to do some research work. They have both requested for reference material which you used. Also, they wanted to confirm that there is no copyright restrictions that you want to impose

We have been relishing your prosaic writing. We often have pointed out to our friends that if they want to read Gibran's deep philosophical insights wrapped in Herriot's folksy style, then they should come to your blog site. It is like eating broccoli deep fried in McDonald's fries. In other words very healthy and useful but equally fun. Perhaps that's why you have such a strong fan base, your readers get the best of both the worlds ie style as well as substance
