Give Colors to Your Day
It is Sunday beautiful Bright Day
with 12 degrees I am Happy as
I always schedule and Plan
My weekends
I watch some nice TV Program
with My Son after breakfast
and put My Laundry in washer
down in the Basement
I do it before having Breakfast
so that it will be done side by side
I love to be busy
In between watching TV I will switch
my clothes and put in dryer
Today there are 2 Loads as bed sheets
also need to be changed
We watched Murdoch Mysteries
My Son like that show it is a light
TV series after that I will take
My Morning Shower
I checked Messages on My Face book
and read Comments on My Blog
from My Readers Family to brighten
My Day
Today is Mothers Day I greeted My
Daughter in Law We don't have to wait
for other person to come forward
Every person is different so we can
take the lead never stop doing things
for others specially for Younger
Generation
It will be Your Message of Happiness
and still will brighten your Day
I do that on special Days and never wait
Living with Family is always give and take
but try to do more from Your side
You will feel good and get inner peace
I never miss My Walk to Coffee House
I started with a Note of Thanks to
My God My Creator
Whenever I do things it reminds Me
All of His Blessings which make
Me mobile to do My things
It was a wonderful walk as I started
I got a drop on My face I thought it
might be dropping from some Bird
as I was under the Tree at that time
I noticed it was drizzling very light
so I kept on walking after couple
of minutes it was gone
I was walking by all the green of plants
Birds calling from all directions
Dandelion on Grass all around was like
God spilled Gold on purpose
Sitting at Tim Horton I am enjoying My
small Coffee I never finish and throw
away the rest
I never take anything extra if My Body
is not willing to accept
We have to keep track of our Body
to align it with our Mind to feel good
don't overdo anything try to keep a
Balance
I will go to the Flower shop across
the road to watch beautiful Flowers
specially Tulips to give color to My Day
While going Home I changed My Mind
went to Freshco to get Groceries
I love to do things for My family
My Grandson will pick Me up after
I have to go a Wedding with My Son and
My Daughter in law at 4 in the evening
I enjoyed My weekend

Dear Madam Smile. You so good. Job worker with video kid come and say how you. I say I very sad. She say why you sad because you Madam tell you to decide about car and you no need go by bus. I say yes that why I sad because my Madam so good but her son and her daughter law very bad. She say I no understand. I say that it was mother day in Canada and her son and her daughter law not even wish her mother day. She had to go and say mother day to daughter law! And her son make her walk!! She say that very bad. I fee bad for her too but that not what she mean. I say how you know I no share blog with you. She say she need go to make urgent phone. I do 2 proud job and always read blog

ReplyDeleteThe retirees did not go for our long walk today. We are still very tired from the walk from yesterday. Some of the retirees are still suffering from cramps also. This walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you have. The retirees instead went straight to the reading of your blog.
Our plan for today was to go through the vote on collaboration with the young scholars but we had to cancel that after reading the blog as a no. of retirees were very upset at the uncivil treatment that you receive, and continue to receive, by your son, your daughter in law and your grand children, Some of the retirees had some choice words to say about them. The retired professional boxer mentioned who has recently joined us mentioned his desire to see him in person and give him one of his best and crunchiest "knuckle sandwich" right on the nose. All retirees were astonished that he chose to watch a tv program while you are doing laundry on Mother's day. When some more senior members pointed out your desire to be active, the others jumped in and pointed out that this should not have been the case on Mother's day
We have also updated the Smile with Smile collateral to include a section about what not to do as a child. We want to educate the young kids as well as their parents about the potential dangers and bad habits as kids get older.

This blog was fantastic for me. I used it to discuss as an example how a more influential department can create goodwill by reaching out to others. I used the example of Smile reaching out to her daughter in law for mother's day. Participants were amazed at her (Smile's) class!

Father say you forget yell father today. Father say he joke, please no mind. Father say he angry you Kris and you Hannah and you Niklas. Why they no say Mother day you. Father say he yell Kris (me) and Hannah and Niklas lot today so they no forget say Father day to father. Father say he like Hannah new soup but he say no so she make better. Father say he go walk alone for long time like 10 min on driveway. Father say he watch tele he and tell Kris (me) to watch to but no watch show that Kris (me) like but Father like. Father say he tell you this to give idea. Father say he no say he old almost 67

ReplyDeleteThe students and the professors read your blog together at the SRC. The Dean was there as well as usual. He rarely misses these readings. He has been heard saying that this is the best part of his day since it helps reinvigorate his mind. He invited the sociology department today. As is the practice, only the top students and the senior professors were invited. The entire group was shocked as they listened to the blog. They could not believe that an accomplished Author like yourself is being so shabbily treated by your son, his wife and your grandkids. The sociology department wanted to do a project but the students refused to do it indicating that this is verr bad treatment. They were concerned that your son is so insensitive that he wont even say Happy Mothers Day to you. Since most of the students took their mums out for brunch on a very low salary (most are working minimal wage part time jobs), they could not even comprehend that a situation like this can occur
After the blog we went to the Smile Garden. This was required so we can help improve our mood
